Hi can anyone explain to me what is the meaning or how to read those label number on coloring cream box? like 6/3 5/3 8/2 etc. thanks.
Engels Alhambra I believe the first # is the level. the second # is the tone
thank you, thank you, thank you, so much for sharing
Wow! Mind blown😱💨. I see that you are a PM GRADUATE! lol I will be too in January. Thanks for the info it's amazing! I'm still 💨💨💨 lol
+904bella904 haha thanks! I'm not a PM graduate though. I went to a small privately owned school in Iowa 12 years ago.
You said the missing colors are red and blue. How are they missing?
if you have to neutralise orange whats missing colour then ?? thank s
blue. because orange is made up of red and yellow
Thanmk you, i can better remember with the, minisota vikins, christmas, and chicago bears.
i have a question please... the tube says 8/33 does it mean that if my hair is level 1 black and i apply this dye my hair will lift to level 8..? or does it mean that my hair must be level 8 first to achieve this color..? please need an answer...
Yeah the 8 is the level. The 33 is the color. Being that your a level 1. You must first lift your hair to a level 8 then apply that color tube. You can't put yellow over black...kind of like crayons
thanks!!!
This way of teaching haircolor gets students and stylists in trouble. Why? R Y B creates a neutral which is a grayish neutral, in hair color a neutral is YYYRRB That makes a brown or light tan and creates the perfect foundation for all Neutrals. Another issue with this is, All color lines use a different Base. So using the proper YYYRRB is the true law of color in creating browns and light blondes with a neutral base Dont believe me? Grab some paint or play doe and try it mix YRB get result Mix YYYRRB 3 parts Y 2 parts R and 1 part B see which neutral you get.
I can see how that would give you a nice rich brown but I don't think you could call that a neutral. Im not saying mix R B and Y together to get a beautiful color for your client I'm just talking about creating a neutral then from a neutral you can add more yellow to get a richer tone. I personally think if you told me in school your formula for a neutral I would be way more confused but thats just me and it seems like you have figured out what works for you so good job.
Matt you’re so hot
