This is pure gold.. I had lost 15 kgs within 50 days. For first 10 days I did 15 to 25 repitition and then gradually increased to 40 rep max.. I had also followed strict diet as mentioned (No anaj, no salt, no oil and no sugar) 8 glass warm water.. and eating within 8 hours timeframe.. my skin texture improved a lot and no sagging skin at all

@@monalisaaditya8529 I ate boiled moong sprouts, dudhi juice, ashgourd juice, Watermelon, Sweetlime, sweetcorn roasted/boiled, Beet, Carrots, Cucumber, For taste added sendha namak and black pepper powder in drinks.
Post yoga I drank warm water with lemon juice..
Pls note this was in lockdown period so no travelling or heavy physical work was involved.. except cooking and ghar ka baki kaam..

I actually followed this vdo only nd diet plan is
8:30 am. Green tea,any 2-3 dryfruits( soaked) sprouts with cucumber nd any seasonal fruits
12:30-lunch 2 chapati with plenty of curry vegetable nd dahi or chach
6:30 pm dinner (it really works) one chapati with dal or sabji nd thn 9 pm milk! That's it! I jump from 69 to 55 kgs🤞🤞

Everyone says that falling asleep is the best option whan you are sick but my stomach hurts so much that I can’t fall asleep and I hate it because I’m very tired but I can’t sleep because of the stomach pain Plus it’s raining outside and it’s very loud which makes it even harder to fall asleep.. you are mot alone guys! We will get through this💕 God help everyone who’s dealing with stomach pain!
Always start with empty stomach...never take liquids or solid foods. If u take give a minimum gap of 4 hours. Or else side effects guarantee.

I respect you baba ji and I use Patanjali products in my daily life they are nice and value for money but truth is that yoga can’t help you loose weight or fat I am not saying yoga is bad actually yoga is good for your overall health and hormones which can help in fat loss but at the end of the day you need to be in a calorie deficit to loose weight if you eat in calorie surplus you can’t loose weight weather you do yoga or any workout so be in a calorie deficit strength train 6days a week with weights skip cardio do yoga on rest days eat enough protein and 4grams of protein per kg of your weight and do bench press ,squats , dead lift etc. and be patient you will loose all the fat and will develop muscle if you be consistent and you will make body like Hritik Roshan in 12 to 36 months
