Should I Abandon My Talents in order to be Spiritual?

Would Albert Einstein have been wrong to abandon his scientific quest in favor of seeking God? A new dispensation, or understanding, has come to spiritual seekers that in this age one evolves toward spiritual freedom by fulfilling one's destiny, one's karma and dharma (righteous path in life). It is a both-and reality, no longer an either-or. In the either-or world of the middle ages the risk was that the monastic life brought pride while in the both-end world we risk delusion thinking we can have our spiritual life and eat the cake of the world. Nonetheless, no matter the risks (which always exist),, the time has come to bring God INTO the world not to escape the world to find Him.
