This is one of from the Dwarf Course. One of the best course i ever taken. Really Really Recommend this course.this course gave me confidence to sculpt anything. Henning is a mastermind when it comes to techniques. His method for Using claybuildup with Alpha 6 is AMAZING! and not to smooth is super genious!

I started looking the video on the living room and went to the kitchen for some water, when I returned and saw my fathers face was so embarrasing.
That first step of scultpture looks a little... weird

Haha, intentional or not... i teach zbrush since 2008 and there is allways unintended falic moments whyle blocking and sweating in front of the class hopeing nobody explodes in lol ... but hey, look at H.R. Giger!!! He did it porpousely all the time XD

Albeit I learned Graphic Design in artuni, so anatomy was a topic we just rushed through, but if someone would've explained it like you do in the video.. I'm sure I would had actually learned it and enjoyed learning about it. This video is about larger shapes, but makes me want to actually learn about more about it! :) only way to have this video better would be have actual anatomical reference photos on for a second when identifing something.. ;) great work either way!

This is a great channel for new sculptors. Can you make a video on how you set up your drawing tablet? Buttons, pen, etc?

I'm just getting started in digital sculpting with Zbrush and this course has been great. As far as practicing the techniques, do you suggest I repeat a single step (skeleton/muscle/skin) over and over until I feel good about it, or is it better to do the whole process end to end each time? I.E Should I practice steps 1,2,3,1,2,3 or 1,1,1,2,2,2,3,3,3? Hope that makes sense. :)

A mix of both is ideal :) Going back and forth between practising in isolation and as a whole ensure you don't get caught up in the detail and become an expert at just one very specific thing. Practicing in isolation is especially useful for improving on your weak areas - say you struggle a lot with sculpting hands; then it's great to do a few isolated exercises until you feel more comfortable before you dive back in to sculpting the whole body.
