      The Thai fighters diet and workout plan consists of training Muay Thai twice a day, and good genetics. He's one of the more built Thai fighters, and his brother is built like him

      He always has one hand on the neck and the other on the inside of the arm. I think if you have good control with that inside arm grip your opponent will have a hard time locking his hands for a body lock. Also you can body lock and throw opponents in Muay Thai but there are some restrictions on how you do it...
