This game honestly reminds me a lot of Jak and Daxter the Precursor Legacy (2001). The combat, the environment, the soundtracks, the cutscenes. Everything just reminds me of it.
I found you way back when you were making videos on Trials: Evolution. The one of you trying The Dark Tower where you had like 200 resets still makes me laugh to this day!
Congrats on being able to control your channel the way you want, and thank you for the years of footage you've created, been watching your channel since Far Cry 3.
I started watching you back when you were doing Batman Arkham Knight. Back then I didn't have a TH-cam account, but you were one of the youtubers that I first started watching. Thank you for continuing to put out videos over all these years.
Is there difficulty levels? Because all footage I’ve seen, the enemy don’t fight back. What’s your experience? I’m tempted to buy it. Also, did you get the deluxe edition? If so, what are the extras? I think you get basic stuff like artwork , soundtrack but in this you also get other items. I think 1 of them is a hat. I’m guessing they give you abilities or whatnot and I’m wondering if these included hats are obtainable just through gameplay and if they even worth paying more for. I just feel in love with the beautiful art style and the world looks so calm and relaxing and looks really fun to be in the world. I’m also unsure if I should buy digital or wait till November and buy physical. I guess I’ll only know what the right choice is, after I buy and play the game. Some games I love so much and don’t get bored of, like doom eternal and I’ve completed that game many times on PS4/5 and that’s the type of game to own on physical but other games, even games that I loved, I play 1 play through and outstay my welcome and just have no desire to replay, an example would be the incredible Child Of Light. I absolutely loved it but after my full play through, I had no desire to go back. I totally get it tho. Doom eternal is a huge rush, each and every time I play. Child of light was a beautiful experience but there’s nothing exciting to go back for. Maybe in like 10 years when I randomly think of it or see in collection.
@@grahamkelly8662 well i didn’t buy the deluxe edition so idk about all those hats, extras, etc. and yes there is a difficulty level and to be honest if you don’t think buying the deluxe edition is worth it just buy the standard one in my opinion this is a very well made game for such a small group its environment is so beautiful and peaceful, voice acting is good, graphics are awesome and I don’t even have the PS5 yet, the game feels good it’s something different than what I’m used to but I 100% *DO NOT* regret buying it
@@grahamkelly8662 I got the Deluxe edition for PS5. You get some nice hats for the rot you collect, a silver staff and the full soundtrack. For an extra 10 dollars I think that’s pretty good. As far as the combat, I’m playing on the highest difficulty available and the enemies do fight back but their attacks are easy to dodge. This games mechanics are Souls like so the combat is really smooth and something I’m used to so that’s maybe why I amble to find the combat easy even though I’m playing on the highest difficulty. At the end of day, I’m happy with my purchase and can’t wait to finish the game.

Just a heads up to any noobs or old timers like me, I love TheRadBrad videos, but he is a very experienced and skillful player an makes everything look easy. When you get to the Sprout battle there will be a brief message telling you to use the shield to parry an attack, which I finally figured out after dying 10 times. You have to open the shield just as you are about to be hit, not when he starts swinging. This will cause him to recoil and be stunned long enough to get in a few good hits before he recovers. I see that this will be a valuable skill in later fights. Thanks again TheRadBrad. Keep up the good work.
This game looks amazing. I need to play it. I've found your channel in 2016 and watched every video that you've posted on all games that i wanted to play. The downside was that i've spoiled a lot of endings for me and the good side was that i've been able to run though puzzles very quickly, knowing what to do, thanks to you haha

It warms my heart seeing Deathloop and Kena on your list. I'm going to try and get Kena for Christmas, but Deathloop is right up there with my favorite games on PS5. It is SO good.
I started watching you back in 2012 when you were playing Assassin's Creed III. I had lost my PS3 and couldn't play any of my favorite game series that were coming out...but I watched you instead and I fell in love. Even after I got my PS4 I still watch your walkthroughs on games I am not sure I want. Then I end up getting invested and watch the whole series and end up not even getting the game if it is a story based one. Like Resident Evil 8 & 7, I loved watching you play like it was a movie. Now if I played myself I would already know all the puzzles and the scary parts. But that's ok, watching you was enough for me!!
I was looking forward to this game when it was announced the graphics are beautiful and the music is amazing I found your channel about 2-3 years ago cause I love watching gameplays :)
I've really been looking forward to this game, hoping to pick it up soon. I started watching your videos from your Returnal series. Still one of my favorites that you've played.
I'm playing this game right now and I'm IN LOVE! It's such a pretty game with good story, gameplay and soundtrack, and the cutscenes are stunning, they look straight out of a pixar movie!
Kena: Bridge of Spirits is kinda reminds me of Pitfall: the Lost Expedition video-game on PS2 because on how creative the VFX realistic graphics are. 🤯🤯🤯🤯💪💪👍👍👏👏👏💯💯💯
Hey Brad this game looks amazing. It is definitely one my daughter would love to play for sure. So if I get to be one of your lucky winners for a copy, she will enjoy it. Also its funny how you talked about how they pronounce the name one way, but in the game right at time stamp 44:45 those 2 little guys called her ( Key'na) just like you said it.
Wow I have been watching on and of for 10+ years and never known you were working under anyone! Im very excited for you getting to continue on your own path!!
A very uniquely perfect successful remarkable delightful magical adventure video-game with action-packed sequences because video-games are now competing with or against movies. From animation to life-like VFX realistic graphics, there are so many legendary competitions that the video-game companies can offer what's the film can also withstand to offer.
1:55 Brad said he is now a free agent with "no one over" him. I thought TH-camrs like him were just free individuals in the first place. So, what sort of relationship did Brad have with that mysterious person(s) over him? You start a TH-cam channel and start making videos. Why would anyone need a sponsor?
Not sure what he means specifically about being free. But I have heard once you cross a certain number of subscribers you are assigned what is essentially a handler by Google.
It was a Multi-Channel Network, 3rd-party service provider that's affiliated with multiple TH-cam channels. They help with exposure and representation in copyright management in exchange for a cut of your revenue. It's kind of like signing with a production company or record label.
We should be thanking you you are the best. Its because of you that I'm doing my best to save up for a ps5. Keep inspiring. I found your channel in april 2016. I was a middle schooler
I found you back when you were doing Dead Space 2. I couldn't afford games too often when I was a kid, so I would watch your gameplays to scope them out. I ended up picking DS2 up bc of you and I got hooked. Still one of my favorite games from childhood. Thank you for all the great suggestions throughout the years.

Keep the blue flowers until you need health. You don't need to clear them until you clear the area of enemies. So by setting them off, you are losing a rot token (that you need to rebuild up to to get the rot's help) and if you are relatively still healthy wasting a heal spot.

Really cool, looks like Dreamworks-style animation with Studio Ghibli script, the gameplay is like Pikmin mixed with Mario Odyssey!! Love to see more of this!!
I love this series
This game looks so amazing!! Can't wait to play it myself someday...
Why someday ?
@@charlesb6251 Probably because he doesn't have something to play it on. Neither do I, it sucks.
Why can’t you just try to find a ps5 and buy it
Glad to see you playing this beautiful game it's definitely my top 3 for this year 💪🏻🙌🏼
This game is like Zelda, studio ghibli, horizon, kingdom hearts, and everything I like all in one. Cannot wait to play
I think it's like Devil May Cry 3 with a twist of puzzle.
23:40 hey man thanks for that shout out. I checked out that song and both the song and its video almost made me tear up. It was so pure. Loved it.
Ah yes Brad's biggest enemy besides Chairs.
Copyrighted music.
Lol omg I remember the chair incident 😂
The music is actually so mellow and nice, thanks for keeping it in
I'm playing this game right now and I'm IN LOVE!
I don’t even know when i found this channel but goddamn I’m glad i did! Most memorable series was Detroit, absolute blast!
Hey Brad this game looks amazing. It is definitely one my daughter would love to play for sure.
So if I get to be one of your lucky winners for a copy, she will enjoy it.
Also its funny how you talked about how they pronounce the name one way, but in the game right at time stamp 44:45 those 2 little guys called her ( Key'na) just like you said it.
how old is your daughter? the game gets extremely hard haha
I found you so long ago I have forgot what game it was! Please keep'em coming! LET'S GET IT!!!
Wow I have been watching on and of for 10+ years and never known you were working under anyone! Im very excited for you getting to continue on your own path!!

She runs like Jake in subway surfers
15:25 they look like cannabis plants
Found you back in 2012. I’m a huge fan and you are the only person I watch play video games. I have gotten a lot of games because of you!
Beautiful Game! The game made me cry when you free Taro and he finally reunites with he's cute little Brothers! ❤
There's a thing called Machinima that used to help TH-camrs grow but take a large cut of your money. Maybe he's cut ties with them?
Been watching for 6 years, Brad's the best on TH-cam
The sequel is going to be legendary I can already tell. This franchise has so much potential
The whole game is beautiful. Kena is beautiful. Rots are cute. The environment is beautiful, too. The enemies look great.

It’s nice to have you do what you do. I always used to buy the book , sold by Prima , so I didn’t have anywhere to go for help. Keep up the great work Joe T
Those little kids are soooooooo very incredibly super adorable because that's how I feel about little kids who either handsomely cute or beautifully cute. 😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️♥️
23:35 That was pretty kewl. I really enjoyed the instrumentation.
Actually insane to think I found this channel for Far Cry 3 when I was 13. Absolutely wild how long you’ve kept your stride, love to see it 🤘🏻
7 year ago I didn’t like it at first but now that I matured I really enjoy ur content
The graphics are so reminiscent of Pixar, almost like a Disney Sekiro vibe. Love it.
So awesome to see you move your way up in yt finally being independent!!! Been here since saints row 3! PS5
Keep the blue flowers until you need health. You don't need to clear them until you clear the area of enemies. So by setting them off, you are losing a rot token (that you need to rebuild up to to get the rot's help) and if you are relatively still healthy wasting a heal spot.
Absolutely love Platformer / Adventure Games, my son and I play through them together the most.
Found you beginning of quarantine brother. Introduced me to watching gameplay. Thank you.
Dude, so proud of you mate. I started watching your videos when you had like 10000 subs. Sending love from South Africa.
you have the best narration and voice on youtube i swear! So recognisable......
Been watching your vids for nearly 10 yrs, I usually watch your vids before buying most games
