    I like the idea of storing a combine with new oil. Many leave the old contaminanted oil in all winter.

    Did the same thing here Andy with the warm weather we cleaned up The corn picker a little bit extra and also the Columbine a little bit extra and some extra maintenance when we head the nice weather. Here in Western Pennsylvania a week before Thanksgiving or whether he's going to pieces it is now pretty rough and trying to spit snow. But this part of the country at this time of the year it's pretty much to be expected

    Andy, looks like the grain cart could use a new auger snout/tube sometime soon. Many may call them stump humpers but, around here, we call 'em stump jumpers. Do you have plans to change out the spout knuckle on your chopper this winter? I remember changing out chains and belts early winter but we never tightened them until a few weeks prior to harvest time. Then went back over everything... again. Be surprised as to what you could easily miss.

    I would not use Anti seize for that application. I would use straight grease. The copper particles in the anti seize could cause the hub to loosen on the tapered shaft , prolly never cause a problem but just a thought.

      @@lindapereboom I guess that's kind of understandable But if everything is done As it's supposed to be done and everything is up to par and up to code so to speak there shouldn't be anything to hide I wouldn't think But I guess it still understandable people like their privacy and they have their right to that I was just curious all. Just to play devil's advocate Not that I actually put any stock in what I'm about to say but When you sell to the public The people have a right to know where the product comes from and how it's made But if it's kept in the family And not sold for profit then it's none of nobody else's business I would think Just throwing that out thereTransparency is the new normal nowadays according to people but what do I know. With all the garbage That's being added to our food These days I would think that people have a right to know what they're putting into their body Or at least be informed.! Would you agree.?? 😇😇✌💛🗽🙏💯

      You must know that if I'm thinking about it and saying something about it there is many other people that have that same question and wonder But maybe just don't want to speak up and ask the question perhaps I don't know. I was just curious was all It's not really that big of a deal to me I get my milk local from farmers here in Minnesota where I live and I know what's in and not in MY MILK.!! 😇

    • @lindapereboom
      @lindapereboom หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@d.noneyabusiness8523 I just answered the question. It is a frequently asked question. Plenty of other dairy farmers show the process and it is the same process on every farm. Milk is milk. Nothing gets added. All milk is quality tested including for antibiotics just like every other farm.

    • @d.noneyabusiness8523
      @d.noneyabusiness8523 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@lindapereboom With all due respect no you really didn't directly answer the question However you did state that plenty of other dairy farmers show the process and I am simply asking why not this one. No need to get all butthurt or bent out of shape of about a simple question, And Fyi There are things added to milk such as sugar and other things like water How do you think they make the percentages of milk It's not just taking the fat and butter out of it They add water And granted not All farms do this but some do which is why I asked.!! And again with all due respect unless you work for Hourigan dairy farm Or are affiliated with them I wasn't asking you My question was directed to Andy but thank you for your jerkish imput.

      Walmart has already announced that prices of food are going sky high by spring that the American families will be paying for c a using inflation to raise. Fed has said that they may have to raise interest rates to combat that! So those tarries are going to make America great again huh? As a independent is why I didn't vote for either candidate because neither one cares about the American people just making their corporate buddies richer that's all!

      The illeagles are not the ones milking the cows. The criminals will go first, maybe then the ones without a job. For all the workers who have a green card don't have to worry.If you come here and have a job that is great,but when all of the rest of us have to pay your way then maybe you should consider going back home.Then the money spent on supporting the loafers could be spent on better things like schools or roads.@@BillySmith-st5ow
