If something changes and attraction levels start changing then conversations need to be had. She was toxic af too and caused a lot of problems, but I still miss her sometimes. BUT working on yourself will help you heal. Just like working out, the results won’t happen instantly. But it’s better than sitting around and thinking constantly because it’s unhealthy mentally and physically.
