    Hear this story before, I am baffeled at how the Ex heard her Sister had an affair and lost her fiance and then gets "infatuiated" with the idea of having one herself, How the hell does that happen "I had an affair and lost of fiance because of that" "An Affair you say?..."

      Her excuse is that she was just feeling excited and wanted a fling but kept on doing it until she was caught. Cheating is not a mistake, it's a choice, but if it was then the first time is a mistake but if you keep on doing it then that's unforgivable even if you use "It was a mistake" then they are always like "I don't love them, I love you! I wanted to ends things between them but I couldn't! I was about to until you caught us!"

      @@shinygoomy2460 I know it's not, I'm just saying that if cheating was a mistake, which is not, but if it was then the first time would be the mistake, not saying it is because it's not but if it was then the first time is the mistake.

      It's really no surprise. The problem with society today is most women grew up without any accountability. All they've ever had to do was say sorry and everything usually goes back to normal. It worked with their parents, it worked in school, it worked everywhere while they were growing up. And then a grown man comes along and says, nah your sorry's have consequences, bye. It's a sad state of affairs, but we need to change the expectations we have on each other. Accountability is something that almost all women I've come across struggle with, and they usually have no idea.

    The sister TOLD her that's how she lost her fiance and the wife instead of just being there for the sister gets infatuated with the idea and had the gall - not sure how you spell that - to think "even if he found out he'd be okay with it cause of how happy it made her" like what.?! Not once did she ever think of anyone else's feelings. Not once did she try to see it from her husband's perspective. Instead she thought her husband wouldn't leave her and would support her affair. As if I'm as heartless and selfish as they are and I've have chosen to be in a monogamous relationship for these past years for no reason. "We can go to marriage counseling". Oh wow what a treat! Can I really take time out of my day and money out of my pocket in order to talk to somebody whose trying to convince me to trust a cheating w*&%e and call her my wife? "I'll block AP on all devices. If I remember this story correctly, I think they reconciled. He broke it off with Monica saying she wasn’t his type and is now living with his wife, kids & sister in law. He was saying in the comments that it was for the kids. He deleted that last post though so who knows. She probably got caught cheating again.

  • @SteveMichael
    @SteveMichael 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

    He said that there is no valid reason for cheating. The reason my man is that she wanted to have sex with another person. She figured she could do that, and have mind blowing sex with someone different and experience all the thrills of dating someone new again, while also having the great home you have now. That was as much thought as she put in to it. Then as time wore on, she and the other man had a choice. They could break away or go back to their families. She chose to go back as the fling was over. If you had not noticed, she would be the "happy wife" for a while. But then the next Chad would come along, and it would be easier this time because everything worked out last time. You just caught her at the moment when the affair fizzled out and she was thinking about going back to her happy family. Now should he work this out? I probably would but you see he knows he has another woman waiting in the wings, so he is now thinking his life will be fine because he has a monkey branch success waiting in the wings. If he didn't have this? Would he be acting the same?

    OP needed to re-evaluate his situation. Why wait on the divorce to begin seeing Monica? His ex ruined the marriage by seeing another man behind his back, so why should he feel obligated to wait until his divorce was finalized before HE moves on. His ex was a cake-eater, and intended to take her affair to the grave. She admitted to LOVING him, all while engaging in s-x with her AP. As far as I'm concerned, OP should have ignored his ex's requests to reconcile, pushed forward with the divorce, and begun seeing Monica as much as he wished. Why wait for the state to provide a piece of paper to signify you can move forward?
    These types of women are all too common. Once caught, they admit they never stopped loving their husbands while allowing another man inside them... getting as close as two people can possibly get. Furthermore, they admit to not being able to tolerate their husbands doing the same to them, had things been reversed.

    Granted there are stuff in the story before that, that could lead you towards that conclusion, but I tend to give these stories the benefit of the doubt, why else would I be listening to them.
    But full accountability?? Come on man, that's just a step too far.
    Even when lying, a cheater never takes the full blame, partial sure, majority is doubtful but could happen. Never the full blame.

      It's cheater rhetoric, once caught you say you only love the person you're with. They think it will make the person they cheated on rethink the whole situation. Like "Okay, if it was only sex." Thinking it absolves them of the lying and stuff they did in the first place.

  • @presterjohn9088
    @presterjohn9088 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

    I know most of these stories are fake as hell but as with most lies there is a lot of truth in here.
    Like how she cheated just because, no reason other than pure selfish desire, thought she "deserved" an affair, thought the husband would actually support the affair and be happy for her if he knew (yet she never told him) and the final "closure" BS convo where nothing is resolved, no good reasons are given, just pain and sadness for the couple and their kids. The family dynamic is altered for the worse never to be the same again.
    The fact that OP thinks his wife has been crying for a week and that somehow makes it real remorse is laughable.
    Sure she was upset but why exactly is a total mystery. It's likely that she was upset because she was going to lose a family, possibly some friends and suffer some social repercussions. There is zero reason to believe she was that devastated over losing OP.
    Hell she didn't even notice that OP had completely checked out of the marriage for months prior. That takes a special amount of detachment from your partner.

    I remember this story from Reddit. He posted. She posted. It was sad. It's been a few years since I checked, but last I checked his comments, I was disappointed: He decided "Monica" was superficial and wasn't pursuing anything with her. The divorce was on hold. He was dealing with some unspecified lawsuit that wasn't connected to the divorce. He had decided to "do what was best for his family." The WW and SIL were living back in his house. At that point, it had been a year since he last commented.
    Reading between the lines, it looks like he took the cheater back. He only had the balls to act while "Monica" was in the picture. As soon as he was faced with being alone, he caved.
