So she didn't want to make love with a guy who is possessive/jealous(stereotypical Alpha). BUT she decided to get in an affair with a guy who is possessive and jealous? Surprisingly, that's the most believable part out of this whole story.

Hospital policy is that if an adult patient asks for a vistor to leave the hospital, the hospital complies, and the visitor is escorted out. No way a nurse would scold a patient, let alone tell them to let the person stay.

That party scene is way to real. OP being "ugly" and how women treated him hit home hard. When you arent attractive women tend to not treat you like a human being. I know because I have faced that my whole life, no amount of women saying otherwise can change that.
It not even being treated like equal, women just ignore your existance. They treat you like trash that was left on the street. You can never do anything right. If you are polite or respectful they see you as weak and manipulative.
At 35 I cant accept that anyone would find me attractive. If a woman says I'm attractive I feel like she trying to trick me, or con me. In the mirror all I see is a ugly monster, and I cant change that. No amount of therapy can cure 25 years of abuse from women.

Women like confidence. Not alpha macho confidence, but someone who is confident in themselves, their abilities, and their goals. Someone who they can rely on, will pick them up when they are down, and can be a gentle caring voice when its needed. As someone with body dysmorphia, it took me a while to understand this. I've been everywhere on the physical spectrum.
Very out of shape, and in very good shape. I thought having a six pack and a great physique was all I needed. But when I was still not getting any meaningful connections, I realized that was a shallow perspective. It was not until I worked out all of my internal dysfunction, learned to love myself and be comfortable and confident in who I am, that connections became more frequent.
Women can be shallow, yes, just as much as any dude. But, as men we don't have to worry about the same things that women do. We can walk alone down the street at night most of the time, without being scared someone's going to drag you off and force themselves on you. Or be creeped on by some guy who can't understand that you don't want anything to do with them.
You can't make overt generalizations on women, just as much as it would be wrong for a woman to do the same for all men. Get into therapy, work on yourself. Learn to love your positive aspects, and work on your negative aspects. Be open to work on them. Then work on the physique that you want. You don't need to be absolutely shredded or some Adonis, but just enough to look in the mirror and be happy with what you see.
Everything starts with one step. But you have to take that step, and you have to keep walking.

you wanna know how fucked up she is?
women are more mentally rich than men, men have more stronger emotions, but women live battling emotions daily. she wont live another day without feeling the emotional burden of what she did. not.a.single.day in her life is gonna be free from the painful reminder that she brought this on herself. and booze, drugs, meaningless sex, none of that takes away from us the emotional burden, it worsens it sometimes. imagine being trapped in a endless loop of painful memories that you can not turn off, becuase our brains dont work that way
add to that the fact tht she is almost 40, and cant bare children
first, not being fertile disuades a LOT of men, cause most of them wanna plant the seed for having a children, you needing expensive proceedures will really put out any possible partner from the wider broader pool
40 something old women are not that atractive, human live arround 80 to 90 years, so she basically has half of her life already bruend out. she is gonna be on apps and dates of meaningless sex and some escapades for other married men
at 40 menopause arrives. so lets recap, shes old, she cant have children, and she is loosing the window for any artificial insemination.
she had all the things we look for in this life, a loving partner, a best friend, someone so loyal to you to give his life, and she tossed it all out to the crapper. and she knows that, she knows how fucked up she is. is just that the realization of how fucked up her life now is, how meaningless, worthless, unimportant she is now to ANYONE... is a monster far too big for some people to accept it. she KNOWS that from now on, no onw will ever love her again, not the same way she had been loved before. sshe had all heaven, and she is now rotting outta paradise
honestly, wouldnt be surprised if she ends herself in a time frame of 5 to 8 years, it would be a helluca coward move, but if she is delusional and desperate enough to ruin a life, most of us would kill for, she mgiht aswell be too coward to face a life as a miserable shell, so she might just chow down a buncha pills and fucking die XD

OP needs some self esteem, and to surround himself with good people. He's too fat for love? Thats bullshit. The only people who care about looks are not people you want to be around, let alone give your love to. He's older now, and theres tons of great middle age women and the right one or two (eyebrow wiggle) is out there for him.

Its not just men that get the "ugly" look. Im a woman. Not attractive. Dont wear make up as i somehow end up looking like pennywise. It doesnt suit my face. Even just having friendly conversations with men, i can see behind their eyes they want to leave, but are just being polite. Some cant wait to leave and i can almost hear them screaming in terror as they fast walk away. Ive never flirted or hit on men. I know its a waste of our time and my energy. Im now 46 yrs old. Ive long accepted i will never be good enough for any man to marry and will never be truly loved by anyone. Its not true when people say we all have a purpose, and there is someone for every one. I dont get why people say it, knowing its all a lie. Its best not to say anything at all, it seems cruel to do so. If it happens, it happens 🤷 if not, then no. I just live my life. I have friends, my family dont have a lot to do with me, i dont talk much or see them often. I only have half siblings and they moved far away. My own mother never had any affection for me. ( no love lost there). Her family even avoided me growing up and ive never known who fathered me.( i came along after my mothers divorce) dont want to know. Dont care. Im happy surrounded by my animals. They love me, i love them and they dont judge.❤ Im used to being on my own. I prefer it as sometimes i just dont like being around other people. I dont go out unless i have to and i work with good people who dont judge me based on my looks. My life has turned out ok, all things considered. I dont feel lonely.

There's ALWAYS a man that will accept a woman. You probably just think he's too ugly for you. That's just your level. Lower your standards, I PROMISE there is someone out there for any woman who actually wants a man. You're just not pretty enough for the ones YOU want most likely.
