Don’t recommend mirrors they can make your budgie obsessed,aggressive and hormonal in the long run.
Reanna Ramage I have one in my birds cage. She is 3 months 3 weeks and 5 days old and my mom said we’ll take it out soon because we are getting a new cage for her
We have it and we’re planing on taking it away but they’ve been very aggressive so I’m very scared now:(

I have 2 budgies 1 blue 1 yellow I had a very small cage at first now I got a very big one it is meant for a African grey but thier love it thier name is sunny and hood hood they are both 2 years old
I feel so bad Cos I only had one of my birds for 4 weeks and he died I was heart broken and u had urs for much longer I got a new bird 3 days ago called Rio

BONDBEAUTYS JUNGLE you’re very welcome!! His name is Merlin and he is light blue and white😍. Your Iris was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! I’ve never seen one that beautiful ever!! Merlin is still pretty young but he’s doing amazing. He lets my hand in his cage, he doesn’t run or foo, and he steps up to me🥰. I’m really impressed with him
I’ve been begging my mom so much she’s been saying no but I don’t care imma still be watching how tot are care of parakeets till she allows me😂
Haha hey that's a good idea to really learn about budgies birds then if she lets you have one in the future you can really know how to take care of them! 👍🤗🤗🤗
i say wait till you move out. budgies cost a lot of money and if your parents say no then they are not willing to buy you everything and to pay for checkups and stuff.

How do your boys handle the bird? I have 2 boys. One toddler and one almost one year old
Usually I have to hold my 2 yr olds hand so he can hold him or I put him on his shoulder and he has to sit very carefully! Definitely hard when they are so small but good for them to learn ♥️♥️

@@BONDBEAUTYSJUNGLE I think I'm becoming kind of anxious. It has been 5 days and mine is still nearly silent unless I'm playing other budgie sounds, and then she shrieks! I think she's female because she's albino, yet that's just an educated guess. I also found out her wings are clipped. I feel so bad for her. She's stuck in that cage and scared and wants to fly :(. I hope she comes around...

When I first got him he was on seed but after that I switch him to pellets & seed and do greens 👍 with my bird now I am trying out the Top Parrots Signature blend

How often does he poop? He ever poops on us?
IDK how often but if I hold him all day on my shoulder he will poop on my shirt. But once it drys I just flick it off hahah

Pls dont buy birds from petstores they often have health issues and inbreeding is a big problem with budgies
I’ve got all my birds from pet stores one being a 15 yr old budgie who is perfectly healthy and exceeding living expectations🤷🏽♀️
