Here’s a recommendation for 2 more forgotten shows in nicktoons. Action league now and the secret show. Both aired near the early 2000s in the late night/ early morning of like 2-3AM. Action league now was a live action stop motion action figure show and the secret show was just an animated spy show. Although they’re not original nicktoons they both aired on nicktoons and I’ve seen no one ever mention them
Looking back, I liked some of these shows but not the rest. Cat scratch, Chalk zone, el tigre and the X’s were great, tak and the power of juju could’ve been more story-focused based on the games, I enjoyed reading the original wayside books more than watching the show (I always feel sorry for Todd having to put up with all this nonsense when it’s not his fault) and Mr Meaty was downright horrifying to look at.
Mr. Meaty is actually a pretty funny, unique and hilarious show. However, season two took all of that away by making it into a generic teen sitcom with dumb life lessons.
Mr. Meaty was so funny im still sad the show was cancelled. i know the show was weird and stuff but it nick & Cartoon network love weird bizarre stuff ren & Simpy ned declassified timmy toot toot sponge bob pig goat banna cricket and tnmt 2012 fred and many more just find it amazing that this show was too much
Trust me dude. I NEVER forget about Nickelodeon's The X's, Catscratch, El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera, T.U.F.F. Puppy, Mr. Meaty and Wayside. If you ask me, however, *The X's and El Tigre* both deserve better. Those two Shows definitely deserve some Love, Respect and Appreciation from all of us Fans. I Absolutely Love the Heroes and Villains of *The X's and El Tigre* from my Childhood Years SO much. I Absolutely Love The Y's being the Best Perfect Evil Longtime Archenemies and Worthy Adversaries of The X's. I also Absolutely loved Zoe Aves/Black Cuervo SO much, along with The Flock of Fury (Carmelita Aves/Voltura and Grandmami Aves/Lady Gobbler) as the Best Perfect Evil Longtime Archenemies and Worthy Adversaries of Manny Rivera/El Tigre, Rodolfo Rivera/White Pantera and Grandpapi Rivera/Puma Loco. I also Absolutely loved *Catscratch* SO much from my Childhood Years. Mr. Blik, Gordon and Waffle are all Super Hilarious and Awesome Cat Brother Trio from that Show. I'll definitely NEVER forget about *The X's, El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera and Catscratch.* They'll all have Special Places in my Heart forever.
I hear Catscratch was done dirty by Nickelodeon. (Still doesn't excuse that whole Gordon/Kimberly thing, though.) The X's were given a three episode premiere on the same night. Not as a pilot movie, mind you, just three episodes. You could tell Nickelodeon was trying to burn through this show as fast as possible.
Mr.Meaty was one of my favorites since everyone hated it I loved the show to bad I can't watch it on TH-cam anymore since the show is lost thanks alot Paramount.🙄
Never heard of the X’s. But seeing that picture flooded my brain with memories of watching The Replacements as a kid. I completely forgot about that show. I remember sorta enjoying it though.
I remember watching all of these after kindergarten while eating my lunch. Weekends were my favorite time back then, I was watching most of these, I miss those times so much!!!
Your content on TH-cam is nothing short of amazing! The dedication, creativity, and passion poured into each video are truly inspiring. It's evident that they have a unique talent for connecting with their audience and creating content that resonates deeply. I want to encourage you to keep pursuing your dreams, because with talent like yours, success is inevitable. Every video they create is a step closer to reaching their goals, and I have no doubt that one day they will achieve the fame and recognition you deserve. Keep pushing forward, the world is waiting for your brilliance to shine even brighter!
Growing up everyone I knew loved Wayside! I considered it one of the “main” cartoons I would get on teletoon, so I was surprised most people consider it a forgotten show
As someone who grew up with lost of these shows, there ok. The sole exception being mr meaty and the x. I remembered tuning in to a lot of these shows except for mr meat and the x. A lot of these shows are dumb fun and that all they needed to be, except mr meaty and the x.
I remember every single one of them. The X's would air super early in the morning so I'd catch it before school. I've heard that the 2 guys in Mr. Meaty were inspired by Drake and Josh, even down to the names
My favorite underrated shows were chalkzone, el Tigre and catscratch was on the main network of Nickelodeon. For Tak and the power of juju at first I thought it was gonna be just like the video game franchise but it turned out awful.
So true about the entire 2005-09 era or Nickelodeon. Chalkzone and MLATR both weren’t loved by the CEO and CFO at Nick nor their executives. Invader Sim Hey Arnold and Rocko all got movies from 2015-19 era(second movie for Hey Arnold). SpongeBob and the FOP were their cash cows besides the Rugrsts and Thr Lour House. Other shows that are forgotten from Nick’s past is El Tigre;Mkthty B, Bafk at The Barnyqrd, Tak, The Xs, Mt Mesty; Imvader Zim, Angty Beavrrs, Catdog, Whh! Real Monsters, Go Diego Go, Benson is a Beast; Tuff Puppy, and Fanboy and Chumchum(Fatboy and Dumb Dumb). Plus Wayside was a Teletoon show here in Canada.
dude i only remembered wayside because of the cow episode where the main character puts a cow on the top floor of the building and they cant get it down i remember literally nothing else
El tigre is a masterpiece, that and my life as a teenage robot should have been on the main channel not relegated to the cartoon asylum known as nicktoons
I agree heavily, and I really wish there were more seasons, the plot the characters everything about that show was just so good. so sad that I feel like I was one of like 20 people who actually tuned in
i grew up watching the arabic dubbed version of nickelodeon and they had some of these shows. i especially loved catscratches and chalk zone. but bro you forgot kappa mikey. that show had me laughing hysterically when i was a child for some reason.
7:23 Now I disagree on this. While The Xs art style wasn't anything spectacular, it was far from ugly and there have been far uglier Nick shows. The character designs are overall pretty solid.
I don’t get why people complain that the show was traumatizing, yet don’t mind shows that are arguably much darker such as Invader Zim and Courage. Feels like a double standard.
I remember a lot of these shows! Couldn't forget Wayside, The X's, or even Chalkzone! Wasn't really a fan of Mr. Meaty, too weird even for me. Catscratch is decent. El Tigre is cool.
I actually like Mr. Meaty and The X’s as well as Catscratch and especially El Tigre. I think the only show on this list I actually hate is Tak & The Power Of Juju.
I've seen all of these (except Mr. Meaty). Tak and the Power of JuJu was decent but could've been better if it stuck more with the games and was story oriented rather than episodic. Catscratch was pretty funny from what I remember. Sure the thing with Gordan is questionable but looking past that Catscratch definitely should've lasted longer hell maybe it could’ve rivaled SpongeBob. The X's was an interesting show that could also have ran for another season or two subjectively speaking. El Tigre is one of my favorite Nicktoons and I hate that it ended so soon(out of any Nicktoon I've watched I've seen the entirety of El Tigre at least four to five times). ChalkZone is pretty good too (the theme song is a banger). ChalkZone may be sorta forgotten but it still got four seasons basically outlasting most of the Nicktoons from that time.
Growing up in the early 2000s I remember all these shows and think about them frequently

I remember all these shows
El Tigre and Wayside deserved better
“This is an ugly cartoon” actuly I think the artstyle of this cartoon looks amazing personally
I remember all of these shows and I deeply enjoyed the X's as a kid. This list is not as forgotten as you might think.

I've never forgotten wayside, mostly because I loved the opening.
I remember watching it on TH-cam at one point. Legit never knew it was a nick show
TAK AND THE POWER OF JUJU OMG
I hear Catscratch was done dirty by Nickelodeon. (Still doesn't excuse that whole Gordon/Kimberly thing, though.)
The X's were given a three episode premiere on the same night. Not as a pilot movie, mind you, just three episodes. You could tell Nickelodeon was trying to burn through this show as fast as possible.
The catscratch intro still pops up in my head from time to time
I remember loving wayside as a kid
I adored chalkzone when I was younger. I thought it was such a cool concept
I grew up watching most of these so I remember.
Chalkzone = underrrated gem.
One of the reasons that Wayside is forgotten is that the whole school is in the planet Pluto.
Your videos are probably gonna blow up one day great stuff man 👌
Fun fact: Snap from Chalkzone was dubbed by the Dutch voice of Ash Ketchum, Christa Lips, in Dutch.
I remember watching catscratch and The X’s for the first time in 2015 from the nicktoons holiday marathon
I Remember all these shows and I really liked all of them the only one I didn't like was Mr Meaty And I wish I could really forget that show
You forgot Welcome to the Wayne.
It'll be in a future video
FORGOT ABOUT THAT. THAT WAS GOATED
@@drakehansen90it really was and it is on paramount plus if you want to watch it
bruh I like all nicktoons and you dare INSULT some of them?!
Now that I think about, this is basically every 2000s Nicktoon that isn't Spongebob, FOP, Jimmy Neutron, or Avatar.

I remember watching wayside on TH-cam, I loved it lol.
I remember watching all of these after kindergarten while eating my lunch. Weekends were my favorite time back then, I was watching most of these, I miss those times so much!!!
I remember not being interested in Catchscratch on Nickelodeon, but suddenly started to watch and enjoy the show after it moved to Nicktoons.

Chalkzone, El Tigre, and Wayside were the ones I watched and really liked
I remember watching Wayside in elementary school during lunch, only did that a few times.
Growing up everyone I knew loved Wayside! I considered it one of the “main” cartoons I would get on teletoon, so I was surprised most people consider it a forgotten show
I remembered all of these shows. Especially Catscratch. :3 It's been a long time since I've seen it.
I actually watched wayside on kidsco so i didn't know it ever aired on Nickelodeon.
Either in Europe, Asia, Africa, or Australia?
I definitely remember all those shows.
i remember all these, and for wayside i saw the show first so when i found a waysaide book in school i read it, i remember liking it
Chalkzones theme song was great.
Chalkzone and Wayside were my shows
for some weird reason, Mr meaty became my guilty pleasure. it's like cigarette that you can't put away.
I remember all of these!
I loved El Tigre, though
Legitimately I thought catscratch was an indie animation until someone said it was on Nickelodeon.
I loved almost all these shows! 😢😢😢❤
It’s actually surprising that out of all these shows the only one I remember is
*wayside*
Bruh El Tigre was on Nicktoons and I remember making popcorn and watching it alone late at night
I mean, I think all media should be preserved. Though Mr meaty was friggin traumatic. Loved chalkzone and el tigre
As someone who grew up with lost of these shows, there ok. The sole exception being mr meaty and the x.

My Dad is a Rockstar is definitely forgotten too.
I actually watched it on kidsco so i never knew it aired on nick.
Which show?
The Tak show did the Tak games so dirty. Also, he should be in that Nickelodeon Smash knockoff.
I mean I watched Wayside again in recent years after getting back into the books, but now, I'm not interested anymore
My favorite underrated shows were chalkzone, el Tigre and catscratch was on the main network of Nickelodeon. For Tak and the power of juju at first I thought it was gonna be just like the video game franchise but it turned out awful.
I used to LOVE wayside for whatever reason. The art style is cute imo
3:26 I absolutely loved that show when I was 5 years old

I only played the Tak and the Power of Juju game on the PS2 so thats the only way how i remmebered it
