He has 146 race starts and 1679 laps this year so do your maths if you want to know how much is it per 2 months. By iRacing rules he has 4.6 incident points (x's) per race
It's great that you're showing this! It is common for new sim racers to have unrealistic expectations of what online racing is like, after watching near perfect top level streamers. This gives a more realistic perspective on things. I'm going to be a bit critical though - several these crashes happened because you reacted very late to accidents ahead. The reaction to an incident must be immediate. Slow down first, then assess the situation. If you assess it first, your reaction will be too late.

Interesting video. I think you should incorporate crashes in to each video as they happen. Makes for some additional entertainment. On a side note, what I really admire about you Dave is your temperament! You have great emotional intelligence! I would be screaming at some of these crashes in your place and punching the wheel (it's a lowly Fanatec Clubsport V1 wheel, nothing to write home about). You have a calm, cool collective head screwed on tight!
Its SO validating to see another person having the same issues as me with GT4 at Spa. I swear its like the guys who run GT4 have no understanding of self preservation or the idea of gaps that close. In the last 2 days ive had 3 people do the "im here im here im here" to me. As well as sticking there damn nose in at turn 9 in that last right after the chicane following the long straight. Its making me question if i enjoy this or not i swap to LMP3 and it was glorious just something in the water with the GT4 drivers man...
People always use to say only FIFA can make you this mad but doing 50 Laps of practice and then qualy just to get 'murdered' in the first corner is just as bad. Love how calm you can stay.

You know, i had such a horrible day in iRacing today, my SR went from 3.6 to 2.4, and i got it up to 2.79 before calling it a day. I am glad to see i am not the only one having these days 😅. I find most frustrating thing is when people reenter track withkut looking for traffic.
I often watch your videos and wonder about getting back into iRacing. Then I see videos like this and the memories of too many peoples mentalities resurface

It's crazy to see people driving so terribly in the higher splits. I'm used to that as someone that normally hangs out in the lowest split. I thought people would drive with a bit more of their brain engaged the higher the SOF is.

This is pretty much all that has been scrapped since the start of June. I've had a few races where I got decent results but we're super boring so didn't show those. Not too bad really 😁

In my experience something like this happens every 5 to 10 races depending on luck and also what irating splits you drive in
