I suck at studying and my motivation is always going up and down but I definitely feel a lot more motivated at studying when I see people who are academically good study or when they give advice regarding studying or just in general

A laptop would be better, if you want a desktop or bigger screen, you can buy a extrenal monitor ( 21-27 inch) and connect the laptop with the HDMI
