Hello David. Just starting to see your beautiful and amazing collection. I'm under the impression that the numbers indicate cc per cylinder, rather than hp. 250 x 12 = 3 liter V12. Having said that, it would be an incredible treat to say hi in person, and to see your beautiful collection in person. We have a 50s Alfa and a 60s Mercedes, but Ferrari is the brand I'm most in love with, and it's quite a treat to have friends who have and enjoy one, or a couple of them. All the best. E

You’re correct, with the exception of the likes of the 308 which signifies 3.0 litre 8cylinder 328, 288 and 196 Dino the same.
Its really refreshing and amazing to see humbled achievers like Mr. Lee. Great inspirational stories and all. If I had the means I'd honestly ask him to be my mentor, personally... 🙏💯

Thanks for sharing your wonderful collection. It's great to hear your genuine passion and knowledge about these cars. Most Ferrari videos I see generally talks about the specs of the cars, walkaround, and even 1st person POV, but it's great to learn the history and how Ferrari evolved over time. A suggestion for a video would be Ferrari's iconic red color and why it seems to be the paint color of choice.

The way you share and publicize these cars is simply wonderful. My favorite out of your collection is maybe the 288 GTO. But I have a suggestion for you - please acquire a Dino 206S, the little sister of the P4 - that little Dino is my candidate for most beautiful car ever made.

The 275 GTB was a two-seat grand touring coupé produced between 1964 and 1966. The name of this model was derived from the engine's per-cylinder displacement of 275 cc and the Italian designation Gran Turismo Berlinetta.
The number in the names of the cars varies at different times. but often the number is the volume or displacement of a a single cylinder in cubic centimeters

F1-67. I know that the Scuderia suffered setbacks and tragic losses that season but what a glorious sounding engine. and the last year before rampant sponsorship and wings seeped into everything.

David, really enjoying your channel. I recently discovered it. I too am quite the car collector. Currently own McLaren 720S spider, McLaren GT (for my wife), Ferrari 458 SA, Ferrari 16M, Ferrari Pista Spider, Ferrari 812 GTS, have Ferrari SF90 Spider on the way, Porsche 997 GT3RS, 2020 Porsche Speedster, Porsche Turbo S Cab .992, Porsche GT3 .992, 2021 Rolls Royce Dawn, 2021 Bentley GT Convertible, and Lambo SVJ Roadster.
I chose to not get any of the “Big 5 Ferraris” at this time as it’s allowed me to have more cars with the same budget. Question for you is with all the amazing Ferraris you have, any reason why you haven’t gotten a 458 SA, 16M, or Challenge Stradale?

250, 275 and 330 aren't references to power output. The numbers refer to the displacement, in cc, of a single cylinder.
3 000 / 12 = 250
3 300 / 12 = 275
3 960 / 12 = 330

My Ferrari 10 car dream garage would have --250 gt lusso, daytona coupe and spider. 365 bb, 288 gto, f40, f40 competizione, 412i, f50, f12 tdf.
Beautiful cars. I was under the impression that Ferraris from the 50's & 60's used the cc per cylinder as the number in the model name. The 250 series used a v12 so they had a 250 x 12 = 3 liter engine. The 275 GTB/4 had a 275 x 12 = 3.3 liter engine.
The 275 GTB/4 was my dream car for many years. However, I'm 6'3" with long legs, not built for a Ferrari. I was in the USN at the time. Road & Track road tested the car and commented the cabin was like being in the cockpit of a WW2 fighter. Sounds as if it would be very interesting to drive. 😁😁😁
Mr Lee do you have a Porsche 356 Speedster? if so, that would be my favorite amongst your colllections and a stainless Daytona. I enjoyed watching your videos sir.
