At least she apologised even though she did nothing wrong and WP stood by her. What about Ivan lim? Did he apologise? What we want is leaders like WP who stand their ground and apologise when appropriate. This is why we are ALL voting for WP. Change is needed and it is NOW.

horse horse To me the issue is not so much speaking out on social inequality but how you portray it. She made several serious insinuations in her eagerness for virtue signalling.
First, by suggesting money was paid, she is accusing the judge of corruption with no evidence. I fail to see how that’s even remotely defensible.
Then she claimed that those involved in the city harvest case walked free when they were jailed. Walking free is vastly different from receiving a light sentence. And on what basis does she think the sentence was too light. Anyone with a cursory knowledge of law will know that the offence is more important than the quantum involved.
Also, who exactly are the minorities unjustly persecuted? Who are the white people getting away with breaking the law? Those at Robertson quay were charged and almost all of them were forced to leave the country. A white pilot was jailed for breaking his stay home notice. Recently, a NYT reporter commented that Singaporeans often unfairly judged foreigners and seems like many are now proving her right with xenophobia that will make Trump proud. If she is not questioning if the court is bias, then is she suggesting that the officers on the ground are biased? That’s an even more ludicrous idea. There are probably hundreds or thousands of these officers, most of them likely to be pretty junior. If these officers were told to give white people a free pass, pretty sure you will have heard about it now.
Does making these comments warrant prosecution? Probably not. But does making these accusations make her a suitable candidate for MP?
Must vote WP.....this is it...more representation needed...otherwise it's a one way all the way till 2025

the way PAP presented their strengths are totally invalid as their main weapon is "having experience and track record", makes me so convinced that PAP will not reach anywhere close to the upper % of what they promise to deliver.
At least in this election, aside from how WP presented their side of view, WP has already shown the ability to empathize and relate more to what we are feeling the government should provide and such, which is a big difference between whether a party truly knows what to do or not. Having a track record may sound amazing, but it has no value if you can't even relate and grasp the basic understanding of the needs of the people, because all your plans ultimately cannot help the people in the way they want.
I am convinced and certain that it is in our long-term interest to vote the opposition. At least deny the PAP the supermajority so they can't suka suka change the Constitution.

We have to let the government to serve us better not increasing bills . More opposition will definitely make the government more humble and less arrogant. So new law will not pass at their whim and fancy.
Singapore needs more women in town council & politics .Sending a Predominantly male team are a very un considerate moves and definitely sending an un respectfully sign to the local residents. Building an empathetic society are what Singapore truly needs . Looking at how NZ , TW & GER female politician had been governing their countries through crisis & pandemic. many senior single citizens till today, can't get a rental flat from HDB cos HDB just follow the books. I have seen senior citizens renting a bed space in geylang district, they don't earn much. What is regarding the real property land ownership under the regulatory?
Opposition parties should bring this to parliament for debate what is actually went wrong under the regulatory.
Many letters attention to relevant authorities regarding the fake title deed SSCT (Subsidiary Strata Certificate of Title) issued from SLA (Singapore Land Authority) to deceive many unsuspected home buyers and owners in Singapore for wrongdoers to manipulate the redevelopment and en-bloc collective sales that involved the developers, financial institution, legal professionals, ... etc. for covering up the arrestable criminal offence. Our property was malicious damaged by the wrongdoers into uninhabitable when lodged the complaints to the Ministers from relevant authorities, Minlaw and PMO/CPIB and etc. Evidences provided to SPF for investigation were swept under the carpet for not arrest and prosecute the wrongdoers as according to the criminal procedure and the rule of law for some sort of covering up to protect someone with power and status.
How you want us trust this government without any care and trust for bullying someone making complaints for ignoring the wrongdoers' wrongdoings that involved relevant authorities’ commissioning fraud?
Why allowing SLA created so many fake titles deeds SSCTs under the forgery for cheating the home buyers and property owners?
Insofar, what PMO, CPIB, MAS, MHA, SPF, MND, URA, BCA, Minlaw, SLA, MOF, IRAS, MOM, CPFB and etc. have done nothing regarding our complaints?

Do you know who created the new water technology to solve our water issue ? who value more on racial harmony in Singapore ? who bring Singapore went into the world class level? Occasionally, competitive promotion from Sheng Siong and Giant keeps NTUC prices at check. During lockdown, I bought Nutella at Sheng Siong at $9 vs $10.90 at NTUC. Even independent small mama shops sell their chillis and spices cheaper than these 3 big honchos.
