For slow learners like me, it would be nice if the airlines would give us a "head-start" on learning the information by sending as much of the information out ahead of time as possible. There were so many times in high school or college when I thought to myself, "If I had known there was going to be this much stuff to read/learn at the same time, I would have started working on it over the summer/Christmas break. But, no! That would make SENSE!"

Did you attend college? What about the amount of exams/quizzes? How long & often did you have them? One last question, what season has the highest in demand of FA.. in other words when/what month do they need more FA or at least looking for them.
My girlfriend is just finishing up her 5 week training with a main line. Because of Covid they can't leave the hotel AT ALL, they are not allowed to have any guests whatsoever and if they fail once, they're out. It has been a very stressful experience. She's seen people break down, go through relationship break ups and all kinds of drama that comes with being locked up in a hotel with a couple hundred strangers that are also stressed out. It's been a quite tough on our relationship too but we're nearing the end of this ordeal so I feel a little relief although her depression is at it's worst right now with 4 days to go. The worst thing was one of her fellow trainees losing his uncle and not being allowed to leave, even though the training is in his home town. His family is within easy driving distance and he is barred from seeing them or else he's out of the program. This is all while the state they are training has lifted all restrictions. Hopefully this airline can be a little more humane going forward.
