Where did you get clothes to wear for training? I have no idea what to wear!
@@madlew the thrift store and Ross. I had no more than maybe 3 leisure outfits that still looked really nice when didn’t have to be in business attire. And for days we did, a dress or slacks and a button up. Follow my tik tok I’m going to post some outfit ideas there :-) @krenee_flightattendant

Hi hi!!! Just watched your video as I am going to Training with AA in 2 days. I wanted to know from you as new hired, how is ORD??? I was planning to put DFW as my first choice, but I am not sure I cannhandle the heat in the summer here. Are you enjoying Chicago?
Absolutely love!! So many inexpensive crash pads, the train goes directly into the airport making transportation super convenient. Great crews and the management team is wildly different from other bases I’ve heard from classmates much more organized and understanding. Good flying and your seniority will be ten times better than at dfw. I would only bid dfw if I had family and roots there but if you’re free to move about the country I’d say ORD
@@conquerthechange I am free to move anywhere . I came to Dallas from Los Angeles with all my belongings in my car. Ready to drive anywhere. I put Dallas in my mind because I found the rent here really cheap. But the rest I think it not different from LA. I didn’t want to be based in an expensive city being on reserve as a new hired. But here in Dallas is already really hot and if there is something to take mood to 0 is the heat. I started considering Chicago because it is not too hot as here, and the colder doesn’t bother me. I have heard great things about thee crew and management, but I also heard that Chicago has the worst trips. Which I still don’t understand what it means. Did you find an affordable place to stay easily?
@@MrLincolnStephano I’m not sure why they would say that. Chicago gets London, Spain, Paris, some Caribbean, Cancun, Canada etc. domestically we only fly up to 3 legs a day which means our work days aren’t as long as some of the other bases. I commute to LA so I didn’t have to search for an apt but the crash pads are super easy to find ( renting a bed in a house with other flight attendants)
