The worst thing about watching these videos is when you intend to just look at that one little thing. Then looking up to see the "You Died" message, and then realize that you left yourself standing outside your build at night and got exploded.

How do you get the chains to attach directly to the slabs and trap doors? Mine treat them like full blocks and won't completely attach. I use Bedrock 1.19 Edition.

So to make these you'll need (imo) stone walls, fences and fence gates, chains, lanterns, slabs, and stairs. Tell me if I missed any. And im only talking of the ones you can easily build in survival
1:18 I cant place the trapdoors where its placed here for some reason and when I try to add the levers they break instantly. I'm in 1.21.3 Java edition on a server with my friends. Anyone know what might be wrong?
What is the "base" from the lamp at 1:00 made of? I don´t know the base block and then putting a stone wall and wooden fence over eachother? I have a different texture pack so maybe I can´t figure it out because of that :D
@@elis_arthow are you connecting the trap doors tho ? What are you adding on top of that? These are cool designs but without an item list they are useless
The video is made on Minecraft: 1.17.1 Java Edition and I am using Shift to attach the plants. Make sure the trapdoor is in the right spot, It needs to be at the lower part of the block above otherwise it will not allow you to put the plants. I hope this helps :)

in bedrock they don't count as full blocks so thay don't attach

Make sure that your slab is on the bottom half of a block, and the trap door as well. Crouch and then place your chain.

turn off the daylight sensor off by clicking on it in order to not detect the day and night

The base block is Chiseled Stone Brick, and yes then putt a stone brick wall and wooden fence over eachother

the street lamp at 11:45 is kinda flawed.. the trap doors get flipped on when activated by the sensor :(
Just turn off the Daylight Sensors and keep it that way, then add the trapdoor and they will stay the way they need to all the time.
