Met Enzo at a house show in 2016 he was cool as hell. I remember he was riding with Fandango, they both get out the car and Fandango didn't really acknowledge us and went inside the building, this was before there was a huge crowd. But Enzo came right up to us and just was chill and talked and took pictures and hung out.
These are the best kind of meets. I met Adam Cole at what i still assume was a Gaybar hosting a show.
(It was in the pride district of the city centre and was called The Cockpit)
He was on it with Colt Cobana I vaugely remember Ccobana ripping its name on his channel.
This was in 09 I think. I had to help Cole back the van into a parking spot. I bigtimed Martin Kirby to make sure El Ligero got his flag back and when my mate pointed out how harsh that I didnt even shake Kirbys hand I look over at Colts table and him and Cole are laughing thier asses off at me for it. Got a cool pic with Colt out of it where it looks like hes punching me into next week.
All of them a brilliant bunch...except El Ligero.
He was caught up in the speaking out movement. How I dont know hes a British luchador for a reason...has a face like a picasso painting.
Another story to add to the "Shane McMahon is awesome" book... I swear, the more backstage stories I hear about Shane, the more I love him.

@@nestorbermudez8590Everyone I hear talk about him, from Cornette to Nash and the Clique have nothing but good things to say about him. They say he's a great dad, really chill and as Nash said "definitely down with it". He's the one who pushed Vince to buy ECW and sign their guys. That's what I can think of the top of my head.

Just met Enzo for the first time a few weeks ago in Pennsylvania.

I was blessed with seeing Alpha vs FTR.
UK was having an Indy Renaissance of sorts at the time.
(Killed quickly by NXT UK and Speaking Out movement stopped it dead)
But those fans at that time during the peak of NXT OG breaking ground.
You cant describe manic joy like that its like WWE had managed to bottle it to let it loose each show.
They managed to get a Gable and Jordan chant going to the rythm of "There's no limit"

I loved Enzo. I'd love to see him back in WWE. He'd go over in AEW too. He could easily be the face of AEW. The man moves merch and is one of the best promos in the last decade.

Enzo said Pac and him were great friends during the whole cruiserweight championship scene between the two, and the reason Pac left was because of the schedule he had to be in at 205, even though he dropped the title to Enzo assuming he'd move to Raw but the management kept him on 205

Because wrestlers aren't employees. They are freelance contractors... who can't work for other companies. (Only reason I think that's even legal is because not enough wrestlers are willing to throw away their career to form a class action lawsuit.)

RR didn't/wouldn't/couldn't whichever do a thing but got up and left. Enzo was a punk too. I know because I was there. A full fight was close to breaking out. Others were asking for pictures and whatnot. I was just trying to get a beer from the bar and dude acted like I was about to try and talk to him or ask for an autograph. I get it but not all of us roll.like that. I had no idea WWE was even in town that night.
