I hated the fact that we didn't get the starting sixes play against each other. JP seemed like they were poised to break the winning streak USA had but I get why they did it. It just sucked to see nonetheless lol great fight by their B team anyways, especially by Miyaura. Dude was unstoppable, I did not know his game was on Nishida's level!
they dont need to put their best player. in the game .because both usa and japan win or lose are qualified for olympics 2024 paris...
They're not the Team B of Japan, they are part of Team A but not the starters/First 6. Also with the USA's Team.
Japan is incredibly good. And they are all progressing. Though they could have won this cause the better players were not all on court.
same goes for the US actually, Micah only played for a set I think. His serves and 2nd touch attacks are really deadly

And Holt is also arguably better than David Smith at middle. No doubt Jaeschke and Jendryk played out of their minds though
