Ishikawa is a special being. He is all round. His back court, unlike most left (side) attackers is superb. His service is great. His back court attack is dependable. His first court play including defense is reassuring for his team. combined with his attitude, he is one player that will always boost the team moral when he is at his best. He reminds me of my mentor, Kenya's and Telkom's former player, Douglas Mwariri. I would watch Ishikiwa, and Japan all day.

@@FreshsoCleanYepdid you watch the whole match to say that???... miyaura was doing well knowing he's still adjusting on his attacks and he's really on fire on the service line, while ran struggling and got block a lot the reason why he got sub out, it's just happened that OTSUKA not doing well either that's why the coaching staff have no choice but to put him back on the court,but he got sub out/in the whole match....
@@bigbangtrash6353 mvp is not based on a match, its based on the whole tournament; which is what I am basing my opinion on. Go watch Japan throughout the whole tournament.
Love how the crowd is very obviously cheering for Japan, everyone was on their feet for game point.

Actually, Japan and Italy are indeed friends behind the court. Japan has the confidence or at ease playing with Italy. Italian players are nice and not that intimidating, unlike Poland who is full of arrogance and over confident, esp Leon [so annoying].. Hope that Japan will apply their high volley IQ defeating Poland without mercy next year. I'd rather go for USA to be the champion if not Japan rather than Poland, who is full of pride and intimidating!
One question, why is there a player with a different shirt from the rest besides the libero on both teams? And why is that same shirt the same on both teams?
