@Sarah Dayana well, in season 3 they were explaining as to why ushijima's left handedness was one of the reasons why it was hard to recieve, mainly because left hand services makes the balls spin differently than right hand services, and since most of the opponents they've faced off were right handed they never thought of learning how to recieve left handed serves
Fun fact: Yuji Nishida has actually said that he has read some of the Haikyuu manga and really enjoys it! He said that he really related to many of the moments in the manga and even teared up several times!

Tempo is insanely scary in volley. The more you score with aces, the more the enemy team will screw up (speaking from experience). It's some sort of hidden superpower that anyone gets the moment they start getting those serves in. During one of my own matches I managed to score 9 times in a row with serve aces because the enemy team was losing more and more confidence as more and more of my serves landed and you get a special energy when you get aces. Tempo is so valuable
As a volleyball somewhat player, this happens because the more you lose the more you get nervous and the more you mess up, this is also intensified from the crowd

@Steve Thea That's the libero. Every team has a libero, they're basically the team defensive anchor. The liberos have to wear different colored jersey since they can switch with anyone in the back row, so the official and the opposing team know who the libero is to prevent cheating/exploit.

Just so you know (maybe you already do) it’s actually a visionblock do the opponents have it harder to see the approach of the server. It has some more meanings but this is one of the most important.
