We all love to follow fancy trends, especially when it comes to diet. Gluten free diet medically should be recommended only in case of proven gluten intolerance not randomly to everyone having PCOD. Be wise, see what suits you and works for you and most important, learn to eat simple home made food, exercise well, sleep well and always be positive.

Hello doctor! I have been suffering from pcod since I was 20 years old and now I'm 33, as a result I had fertility issues too. Though I'm not overweight rather I have been lean almost all my life. On a recent visit to my gynecologist for irregular periods, the nutritionist there suggested that I should opt for a gluten free and dairy free diet and also to avoid fruits with high glycemic index. My sugar levels have always been normal, even during pregnancy. What do you suggest ma'am what should I do? Ma'am I would eagerly look forward to your reply.
