All homes should be built to accommodate the elderly and disabled. This will be better for everyone. Large wide doorways and hallways make using a cane, walker or wheel chair much easier. Bathrooms or wet rooms need to have flat floors and no shower hump or pan. A flat floor allows for easy access and drains need to provided. Easy to use lever door and faucet handles are easier for the elderly to grip and open. Main floors should include a master bedroom, restroom, shower, laundry and wide walk in closet with few steps to enter. Homes should be designed with aging in place in mind.
All new buildings should be designed with large roof overhangs. The large overhang provides beauty and protection from the sun, rain and wind. Protection of the doors, windows and siding make for a more durable and comfortable home.
Yes - he will be able to keep it rented until he reaches 55. I have had clients in the past do something similar in another 55+ community here in Vegas.
I'm really surprised at the steep price considering the cheap looking finishes in those homes. No tile finishes in the bathrooms ; everything looks so basic.
Agreed - the finishes are nice however not overly expensive. The prices here at Stonebridge are overall higher than other 55+ communities because of it's prime and very desirable Summerlin location.
@@TheNewHomeExpertsLasVegas i been binge watching your videos youre the most beautiful thing i ever seen. you have such a small waist and curves everywhere and you sound so intelligent i want to give you all my money
it's definitely the Summerlin location that keeps the price of these higher.. there are less expensive 55+ communities at Sunstone, Cadence, Lake Las Vegas. Another option woujld be 55+ resale communities that would be less expensive too.

Love all 3! I really like the modern windows and that each home does come with a small private patio space.
Yes - agreed! Love the patio space and overall attention to detail on these homes (like the modern windows)
Love the smaller homes of 1200 sq ft homes and i would pick the third one as my favorite 👍💜.

That would definitely add to the curb appeal and increase longevity.
New homes should come with solar panels, a rain water collection system and an electric vehicle charger in the garage.
Quick question and I might have missed it in your video but in 55+ community do we both have to be 55? I'm 55 my wife is 50
Good morning. Great question and the answer is no - you don’t both need to be over 55
What if we buy in a 55 active adult community, can we pass it on to our son, who is not 55? Can he rent it out till he turns 55?

I know a plastic surgeon who could help you with this problem. How old do you want to look?
@@moozillamoo2109 young enough for jennifer to find me attractive she is fire..
All really cute unfortunately there all worth under 300k and I’m being generous
they are great houses on the smaller side - it's the location in Summerlin that bumps up the price. Other parts of Vegas would be less expensive..
Tiny n expensive!
