    I encountered the monkeyturn in breakdance. It's a move that is frequently used as a gateway to enter a power-move like flairs or swipes. However, it has amazing mobility, strength and coordination benefits which is why I use this move in so many instances. Even outside of breakdancing, for example calisthenics or bodyweight workouts, the monkeyturn has great benefits and situations to be useful.
    I'm Leo, I'm a movement & fitness coach.
    Departing from the traditional route of fitness, I train and educate people in unlocking the movement potential of their body. Including a variety of styles, such as calisthenics, breakletics, breakdancing, acrobatics, gymnastics and functional training, I work as a personal trainer and fitness coach.
