Nice job on the music today…. Hay Fever: when I mow or weed strim, I wear a mask, it helps a lot. An air filter in the house can help. The air filter can provide white noise during the night to drown out the snoring. 😃 Then when the sinuses get really bad, a version of a Neti pot can be very useful if used properly and cleanly.
😮 Sounded like your strimmer was heading for strimmer heaven to start with, 🤞 Hope they can fix it for you. Eating honey from area you live helps with hay-fever.
A great video with loads of progress being made and a lovely walk into the village. Shops and cafes running out of ice cream!!! A nice cold beer probably runs a close second to an ice cream on a lovely sunny day. You’ll have to whip up a tub of no-churn ice cream to have in your freezer for these very moments! Charlotte I sympathise with u, I get hay-fever really bad too, I was told to try a little vaseline around ur nostrils, it prevents the pollin going up ur nose. Worth a try hey 😉👃🤞 xx
