I’m amazed this is unique, because HD2 is a goldmine for audio diaries, roleplay, etc. Great writing, good use of AI.
The best player in our group “canonically” died on Malevelon Creek after replacing all his limbs with salvaged prosthetics, and destroying an army in a last stand. All based on real deeds in-game, in the only Helldive mission the group ever lost on stream. I like to joke I’m one of the civilians they rescued and inspired. And what’s more, that friend recently told me that “canonically” (gotta be careful with that word lol), his character would’ve been suffering from an Automaton mind virus in his final hours, due to the prosthetics.
