    I need advise
I'm a logistics supervisor at my job and since I got here the other supervisor (we are the only ones in charge of the operations) and he's been a pain in the ass
Making people not working with me
Even tho they know I'm their supervisor, he's just annoying

Ergo, unfortunately in the workplace, sometimes our peers attempt to undermine us. There are generally two reasons for this 1) they are a toxic person and don't realize they are doing so or, 2) they are a really toxic person and are doing it on purpose. Why would they do this? The #1 reason is they see you as a threat and/or are jealous of you.
So what do we do about it? 1) Make sure your relationship with your own employees is strong. If you have an employee not working with you, hold them accountable. Let them know the consequences.
      2) Confront the other supervisor. There is a chance (albeit small) that they don't realize they are undermining you. Let them know what you have observed and tell them that "it seems to you" that they are undermining you. By saying it that way, the other supervisor won't immediately go on the defensive. Ask them what you both can do to make sure this doesn't happen.
And 3), if it continues, you have to go to your boss and let them know what's going on. Make sure you have evidence and it's not a "gut feeling". And lastly, if it continues beyond that, if your boss condones this type of behavior or allows it to continue, it may be time to move on.
I'm sorry you are going through this. It is not fun. I wish you the best of luck and let me know how it goes!
      Good luck!
