@Jeroen Depending on if it's appealed, if he's eligible for parole or get's out on good behavior or overcrowding or like with Cosby, a violation of his rights.
Those allegations were different. These charges were filed in 2019. He’s a serial offender:
1991 - girl was 15 and he was 24. She sued him 5 years later and he pays $250,000.
1994 - he married Aaliyah, who was 15 at the time. He was 27. Allegedly he provided her with a fake ID, and married her to avoid statutory R*** charges.
2000 - Chicago Sun-Times published a report of allegations against him. This is potentially when you first heard about his horrendous behavior.
2002 - Child pornography charges, complete with a sex-tape. Arrested under a 21-count indictment.
2008 - Acquitted
2017 - Allegations emerge that he is running some sort of sex cult.
2019 - Charged in Chicago with 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse, victims range 13-16yrs old (he would have been around 50 at the time). Also charged with racketeering in Boston. These are the current charges he’s serving time for.
The saddest thing is how long his victims had to wait to feel as if they mattered.

In Europe the legislative law that was passed recently states that a 15-year-old to give consent only if the other individual involved is 5 years older than the 15 year old that would mean they would have to be 20. Not 27 which is r Kelly's age during the allegations. The new legislative law that you are referencing has many stipulations. Do some actually research of this new written law before you commit

Facts! They used him at the right time to make an example as well as a distraction to hide the elites of there history of way more than what R. Kelly May have done. He did not do racketeering either. I’m not saying he’s innocent but neither is Hollywood and the whole entertainment industry. They always use and groom a fall guy it’s obvious I’d you look at the history of these cases. It’s mostly black people who are smeared and the others are hushed or outed when they are long gone. The few that are not of color are very few and not at highly spoke down as black peoples. The REAL ISSUE is why did it take almost a year to sentence R Kelly after being convicted?. I've personally been sentenced multiple times in my life and it usually took less than 2 weeks. This alone needs to be investigated because this is special treatment for an individual just because of his name and image.
You do know he was denied bail and has been in jail the entire time. That's not special treatment that's you making a big deal out of nothing.

Some of these girls went willingly because they were coached and pushed into by their very own parents. These girls had a choice, they didn't have to submit to his desires. They knew what time it was. Some went in hopes of getting a boost for their musical careers. The parents knew about R Kelly's reputation, why would you encourage your daughter to be with him? I will tell you why, the parents were trying to get into his pocket to. If R Kelly is so bad, why didn't they turn down his money and gifts? He was still the same person then that he is now.
