Only differance I did was steam the cauliflower in a close lid large pot with a lid on it and a cup of chicken broth for about 16 minutes since I'm against the heating the food in the plastic bag type of situation. FIVE STARS I'm going to keep making your recipes! Whoooaa!

Thanks for this recipe. You did similar with the Olive Garden shrimp Alfredo. I’m hoping frozen steamed cauliflower will work beside the fresh cauliflower in my area is not looking so good lately
I was gonna do a cauli mash for this week's meal prep. But next week is gonna be this for sure! I might do a zoodle + noodle mix to cut down calories a bit and increase volume.
This will be getting made guaranteed... I'm really curious about the cauliflower as the sauce.... but my faith in your recipes has me ready to try this. So far I've loved every recipe of yours I've done.
Love this. Love Cauliflower. Make it even better/healthier if you cut the carbs and use a noodle substitute - zoodles, hearts of palm noodles or shirataki noodles. :) Great recipe. Keep it going.
im assuming the cheese is a binding for the almond milk and cauliflower, is there a substitute for the cheese? trying to keep it dairy free while still getting that creaminess
