    Jehu, you're a good guy of positive intent. I have been buying LiPO4 batteries for my power wall and I'll keep watching for your offerings, you're already sold out of your first 50 AH, 12 volts and deservedly so. It was a good deal. Best yet is that you indeed have properly identified that the LiPO4 batteries are very practially applied in most residential storage applications. Good work! You've evolved to help us all significantly.

    Should just go strait to 100amp hour 48V battery with a good BMS. That would sell like hotcakes. Honestly also running this .2C-.3C is really the ideal rate for these batteries. Beyond that you could hold 50 amps but I would not go beyond the amp hour of the battery with lifepo4.

    would love a Balance lead harness.. but all good... few more orders... will be all set.
    I'd really like a 6s version... would mate very well our Hobby chargers for field charging.
    really 6s 2P would be golden ticket. that would keep me flying all day long no worries. kinda big, but... live in the trunk...

    The issue which I see is that the cells are not matched. So, the weakest cell will be telling the BMS to prematurely cutoff discharging, and the strongest cell will tell the BMS to prematurely cutoff charging. Soon the whole pack will be badly unbalanced. Matching Lifepo4 cells to avoid this problem is time consuming and labor intensive increasing the per cell cost by about 20%.

    • @jehugarcia
      @jehugarcia  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      These are matched, they come from the same original module, the variance is low enough to pass qc at a123 factory

      Yes you can, just connect it directly to the screw terminal not on the xt90 connector

    Mr.Garcia PLS PLS PLS PLS try to get more of these 12v 50Ah ($99) battery pack with XT60 in stock!! I really need this to extend my Bluetti EB3a with its tiny 268wh battery. OR if you do not sell the 24v 50ah break them into 12v 50ah and have 2 of them available for purchase without the BMS.
    I am really interested on purchasing the 12V 50ah 4s pack and I actually had it on my cart already ready to buy. But I decided I would educate my self really quick about LIfePO4 batteries as this battery DO NOT COME with BMS and I do not own any LIFEPO4 batteries ( i only have li-ion, lipos).. Then after I find out that I DO NOT NEED A BMS, as I already have a HOBBY GRADE MULTI chemistry charger and I can safely charge this device without the BMS, so i come back to the cart and this thing was SOLD OUT within HRS!!

    the usual EVE LF280K cells with 280 Ah x 3,2 V is about 115$ from china or Houston warehouse if you order 16.
    This one is a 12V version which usually would mean 4 cells and a bms.
    pretty good one - but, but, but still too many oceans aways without that european warehouse or partner.
    but always great and fun to watch these builts and opportunities growing, especially since LiFePo4 is far, far safer cause we had here in last month several battery caused house fires that were caused by LiIon. Every few weeks some of the community show proofs that their system had burned and the struggles with the manufacturer.
    Therefore I guess we will see a huge move to LiFePo4 especially in the solar community.
    I also like the interviews like the last one with Sandy Munroe.
