    I know going to sunset this model soon but appreciate uncle can take a test drive to genting. Personally I am owner of X-trail hybrid and CX-5 KF 2.2D owner but frankly nissan is under rated. Hope uncle YS can make a tour to genting with X-trail

    YS, if given a choice between X Trail 2.5 and XV, which will be better for daily usage and some minor off road into palm oil plantation?
    Thanks

    Hello YS Khong. Have been very enjoyable to watch your videos. Practical and fun.
    Would like to ask your opinion on this car.
    Do you recommend it? And which variant is better? 2.0MID or 2.5?
    Thanks! Looking forward for your upcoming videos!

      The same you select would pretty much depend on your budget. The more expensive one is always better because they give you more.

    Mr YS Khong, is VCT better than AT ? Or is it the trend for car manufacturers now to use VCT?

    • @YSKhongDriving
      @YSKhongDriving  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If you are talking about CVT, it promotes good fuel consumption, but some people do not like it, while some do.

    Mr Khong, was there any burning smell when you pushed the car harder , when you accelerated more? I drive the first xtrail t32 model 2015 and i can smell some burning smell when i accelerate hard.

    • @YSKhongDriving
      @YSKhongDriving  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      When new it is the paint from the exhaust pipe I think. If you have not driven it hard, it will happen, and at some point, will stop.
      But it could be something else, so it's better to get Nissan to check it out.

      @@YSKhongDriving thanks for the feedback. There were also some feedback saying the nissan gearbox by jetco sucks. Breaks down easily. Not sure if the new model has a new gearbox or not.

    • @YSKhongDriving
      @YSKhongDriving  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I didn't hear anything about that, but I would be surprised because Jetco is quite reputable. And usually the car makers don't tell us what gearboxes they use.

    • @judedavid
      @judedavid 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      YS Khong Driving well i saw it from some website on the gearbox manufacturer. However my gearbox is still holding up, touchwood, after 4 years. I also disabled the engine braking feature that uses the engine to drop gear to slow the car down so as to limit the wear and tear to the gearbox.
