    Varicose Veins. I had them bad. Had the surgery to strip the veins. 10 years later they started coming back. I found a video, Dr. Joel Wallach talking about Aneurysms. In the video he says taking copper will reverse Varicose Veins. I bought some Copper Gluconate. Started taking 4 mg a day.2 mg in the morning 2 mg in the evening. Took around 6 months but my calf muscles which were really bad went back to normal. In the video he says use Chelated Copper.

    Taking Zinc without sufficient Copper on a regular basis will cause these symptoms as Zinc taken without Copper will cause a Copper deficiency

    Everyone who has copper deficiency should look into Colloidal Copper. Copper supplements take forever to accumulate in our system. Colloidal Copper is processed immediately and what the body doesn't need, you urinate out.     Brilliant vid....it explained an issue I have developed ..... I assumed I needed a copper supplement ( reasons I won't explain here )but have found more white dots appearing on my nails than before. I now think this is because I was having too much copper and will get it from my food rather than the supplement..... many thanks Ryan and God bless.

    Can copper supplements be taken with iron and vitamin C? Not ascorbic acid but foods rich in vitamin C. I read that vitamin C and copper cancel each other out

    So realistically you can’t just take a supplement with copper in it without knowing what the levels are in your body.
    Can you have a blood test to test for this?

      There are tests available, but its best to just get it from the food. Foods that are naturally rich in Vitamin C also contain lots of copper, along with the others mentioned in this video 💚

    Thank you Mr. Taylor. The zinc you recommended is 25 mg per day but what I heard was we couldn’t take over 15 mg per day unless you are sick. Then, you can take over 15 mg for short time of period is fine. But for daily basis if I take 25 mg per day, should I also take copper?

      You can buy a Zinc supplement which also includes Copper. Standard dose is usually 15 mg Zinc to 1 mg Copper and you do not need it on a long term daily basis as it can throw other minerals out of balance.

      Elemental copper from pans, bottles etc is metallic copper, and is toxic for the body. The type of copper your body needs is from plant foods in it's ionic or enzyme form. So I wouldn't advise using the copper bottle method. 💚

    Wow thanks, Ryan! I don't have any of these symptoms...I used to get chilly and my normal body temperature was about 97.6. Now it's about 98.4-6...I basically never get colds or flu.
    I thought copper pans were OK as long as they're lined in stainless steel?

      Yes copper pans are OK as long as they are encapsulated with stainless steel. I think even if it's copper coated I would think as long as you don't cook with it more than once a week you should be OK

      Yes the elemental copper from cups, pots and pans can be harmful when ingested over a long period of time. The copper we need in our body has to first be digested by plants, and then it's made into a bioavailable form called tyrosinase that our bodies can use.
