    Beautiful explanation. This Dog and many others don't need acceptance from any breed club in this mundane world. The Chinese red dog community must be happy that it's not so popular. The Breeders will capitalise on the hype and breed the working ability out of this natural defensive machine. They disturbed most working breeds to show pony status, or sport clocks. All we need is basic breed standard. Keep their cardiological frequency pure. The Dog will prove himself on the battlefield, and in the heart of the handler.

    My laizou Hong is 2 years old and they are easily trainable, never once shit or pissed in the house. Very loving and loyal. Loads of energy and a high drive. Attached aswell but very independent on her own doesn't wine or cry the only thing I will say is because she is so big and heavy and her drive is a bit crazy she has had a couple injuries because she will run through bushes and all sorts off stuff chasing rabbits etc. Never scared of anything very confident dog. I will say best to socialise very early and they don't interact with anyone they don't know at all they can be very guarded

      Hi, we got a little puppy, shes 4 months now. She's very unique and very shy, anxious . Its really hard to take her somewhere, she starts to shake and everything, she feels super uncomfortable, it breaks my heart to see her like this. Should I push her to go outside or leave her alone. I want her to be social and well behaved dod. Thank you for any help

    Our CRD is just over a year old now. He is quickly turning into the perfect dog for me and my family. (53kg and lean). BUT I have hours to spend everyday helping him become that and when he was much younger I had days. Do not get this dog unless you are going to spend massive amounts of time. And preferably have lots of experience. Be fair to this and every breed don't buy it for aesthetics. All so the temperaments of these dogs hasn't had enough time in the West to be established so you need ready for a range of behavior. Be careful out there!

    Hey man, can you do a content about the Philippine Witch dog? It is one of the rarest purebred dogs in the world, it is currently being studied and observed by the World Canine Genome Project to possibly being as the oldest indigenous dog breed in the entire of Asia. Their estimate is that the breed has been around for 36,000 years now, and what's really fascinating about it is that they've found out that the rare breed doesn't mate with other breeds of dogs except their own kind. They've also discovered that the Philippine witch dog has the longest nails or claws of every type of dogs, it is the only type of dog breed that regularly shed its nails because they use it for climbing trees and large rocks to catch birds and snakes. It's a hunter dog (not a hunting dog like the Dogo Argentina), people find it really challenging to have them as pets because the Philippine witch dogs whom are natural hunters can't tell the difference between a rat and a cat or even a chihuahua, they see them all as prey. There's not much info about them due to their rarity so I hope you could shed us some light through your expertise. Yeah there's lots of dog breed channels out there, but we know that your passion about dogs is the only one that's legit in here. Thanks.

    • @vikingdogmanship
      @vikingdogmanship 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I dont think that is confirmed. , shedding of nails could be a sign of "DOMESTICATION SYNDROME" or "Micro Nutrient Deficiency"

      It's actually a German dog created in China. He tells you the breeds used and who actually created in this video.

    • @misiu5203
      @misiu5203 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@gobbluth6910 Yes, just like the Doberman Pinscher the Red Dog uses German Shepard and Rottweiler genes, hence my comparison. However, unlike the Doberman Pinscher which was designed the Red Dog creation seems accidental, where the Germans brought their dogs to China who just bred with the local population because the Germans did not control their dogs, hence the mongrel blood in their veins. Hopefully, you will now see why I called them a Chinese knock-off Doberman pinscher, not because the Chinese are well known for knock-offs, but because the comparison between the two breeds is apt. "He tells you the breeds used" - if you watch the video he says "and I think there's some other breeds in there that nobody knows about". I think you don't understand how the "development" of this breed is not as clear as you might think it is.
      EDIT: After further research it seems like this breed first arose from German-occupied Shadong province of China, when the Germans invaded parts of China. Just like when soldiers have "sex" with the local population under attack, the soldier's dogs seems to have had sex with with local population. You know this was not planned or designed because the Germans did not take the Red Dogs back with them to Germany.
      I am actually curious as to how the Chinese see the Red Dog as it surely is a reminder to them of the time that the Germans invaded their country, a time of shame for them I am guessing.
