@willtheprodigy3819 Just hire more people or get robots to do it. The end credits are a chance to take in what we just saw and just let it marinate as we enjoy whatever great music is playing at the end. Scenes are just a bonus.

How post credit scenes should be, so no one leaves before even seeing the scene that could hint at a sequel or what happened after like this one
Also from a cinema employee's perspective it's better this way because then the audience will leave sooner so we can clean sooner, so 1. if there's a huge mess we can devote more time/attention to it before the next crowd comes in, 2. We can stay on/ahead of schedule for cleaning, 3. If there'sa large crowd at the ticket stand we can get in and out and send them on in ASAP. (Long story short, Marvel has ruined everything.)😅

@@marvinschannel5391 He hated the process of filming it with motion capture. He had to wear this uncomfortable suit and he also didn't really know how much of his expressions were being captured on camera and so he didn't really know how to act.

He was terrible in this role. And they made him too small compared to the ones in the original (I’m not sure why that’s not being talked about).

The first one still works as most people…y’know, sit down while watching films, even at home.

The moment I saw this bit play in the credits I was so happy even after listening to pure imagination. This was probably needed in the other Wonka movies

Of course. That's the way they were done. Used to be a lot of movies would have end credit extras for bloopers and the credits would run off to the side

I originally didn't like the Oompa Loompa song, so when Hugh started singing, I cringed and crumpled the popcorn bag, expecting to hate it. But I found myself smiling, nodding along, and laughing. I can't believe a prequel made me like the song - heck I like it better than the orginal!

I used to work at Cineworld. When Gladiator was showing and it was the last film at night, so kicked out around 3am, we had some stay until the end of the credits, and naturally we couldn't go home until they left, it was frustrating so I'm with the crew on these events. Sorry 😂

Why is everybody so convinced he genuinely hated playing the role? He is the most dried humour sarcastic person on the planet. Even the director said he casted Hugh because of his dry wit. He says he hates everything in interviews. Its his dry humour.
I think people are overthinking what he said. He said he hated wearing whatever apparatus he had to wear on his head, for the motion capture filming process and that he wasn’t always sure what he was supposed to do and how to act. People are just taking that out of proportion. I think if he hated it, he wouldn’t have done such a good job. He nailed this role.

The movie was great but I read the original story and saw the the original movie of 1971 and it has some discrepancies but other then that I love the movie
