    Thank you Ms Johnston. I am from Greece, 70 years old and was diagnosed with Parkinson's last year. Your exercises really help to stretch my body.

    Could a person with distonia, or movement disorder, do these exercises? I ask because I have both. I do not have Parkinson's that I know of.

      Place your mouse cursor on the bottom of the video.
      A tool bar will appear.
      Go to the gear icon which is "Settings".and click.
      Change "Playback Speed" to ".75".
      You have now slowed down the video.
      When the video is finished, use the same method to restore the speed to "Normal."

    Very useful & healthy Exercise tips to manage Parkinson's. It can be a daunting diagnosis, but thanks to the expertise shared on this channel and with Planet Ayurveda's supplements, I've seen significant improvements in my symptoms.     Thank you for this nice video, my room mate has parkinson's and he loves to dance.. I feel so sad for parkinson's patients, I hope I can help them as much as I can, one of my dreams to raise a big fund for people suffering with Parkinson's. Please take a look at my roommate..

    Ma'am may I know what is the best time to do this exercise? Is it advisable for patient with Parkinson's to do this exercise before bedtime since she is having a hard time to sleep?

    Ms. Johnston, I like very much what you teach and do it for Parkinson diagnosed in 2023. Yours is a perfect excersice. My only suggestion would be to eliminate the redundant, repetitive and annoying music. Just your voice, in my opinion, is sufficient and the rest is bothersome and annoying, at least to me. Thanks for your dedication

    Hello, I am so happy that you are doing this help for people with Parkinson's. my room mate has a parkinson's, and I trained him to dance, it's a lot of a challenging disease, I hope that one day to raise a fund to help people with parkinson's. God bless you for your work.

    Now the right leg, right hand and left hand are over-trembling / shaking. Only in the morning 15/20 minutes can walk a little, other times can not walk.
    All medicines are running. syndopa 110mg 4 times also Running with mix water. After taking syndopa125mg The muscles of the hands and feet become tight and
    Painful.
    Sir, please advise me. For my mother.

    Excellent Class! Thanks so much for sharing. I am An ACE certified trainer and I have clients with Parkinson's and other diseases or limitations.
