My favorite Robin Williams movie is Toys. It hasn't made it past dvd but its a movie that will always make me nostalgic.

You mentioned one of my favorite movies Copland! If anyone has not watched this one yet, Ken knows what he is talking about. I agree that this is one of Stallone's and Liotta's best movies. Stallone took a back seat in the starring role but he stole the movie.

Great movie's from the 90's: Goldeneye, Tomorrow Never Dies, The World Is Not Enough, Home Alone, Home Alone 2, Mrs Doubtfire, The Lion King, Aladdin, Jumanji, Speed, Independence Day, The Rock, Con Air, Dumb and Dumberer, The Mask, Jurassic Park 1&2, Terminator 2, Twister.
Some of those i have on VHS and DVD. Some of them only on VHS. Some of them i keep special and only for tv. Twister is only movie i have BD.
I watched Office Space once and unfortunately it didn’t work for me.
My top 10 from the 90s is:

Some surprising inclusions and omissions in your list. There were so many great movies in the 90s which makes it so difficult to narrow down to just 25.

The Santa Claus. What About Bob. The Mask. James And The Giant Peach. Gordy. Once Upon A Forest. Beauty And The Beast The Enchanted Christmas. Mrs Doubtfire. Toy Story. Man Of The House. George Of The Jungle. The Jungle Book 1994. City Slickers 2 Legend Of Curly's Gold. Good Burger. There are so many movies the 90s that I can go on and on about. For me that has to be the best era of movies

A Bronx Tale should be in everyone's top 25 90s movies. A coming of age film AND a Scorsese type mob film that's under 2 hours with great quotes and memorable scenes and a good message?! Hell yeah.

Awesome list, I agree with and have Terminator 2 as my number one. coming up with top 25 from 10 years is harder than it seems, many of my choices will be similar to yours as well. "It doesn't strike me as odd to have static on the recording but what is odd is that there are (13 hrs forgot exact number of hours she said) hours of it"-Contact. According to IMDB as well, there are 36,921 movies released between 1990 and 1999

"Ransom" is a movie I haven't seen anyone mention in the comments. Mel Gibson vs Gary Sinise. Just when you think you know what's gonna happen, the movie takes a different turn.

Getting to know Ken's taste for as long as I've been following him, I'm convinced, even if he won't admit it, he hates Bruce Willis' acting.
Death Becomes Her is the best 90s Bruce Willis movie.
we got the same taste in movies. with the exception of candyman I have all the movies in your list. on dvd/blu-ray/4k but I need that version of T2.
I started out liking Gremlins 2 better because I saw it first. Gremlins is definitely the better made movie. But Gremlins 2 feels like it belongs with Robocop and Network and it is underrated.
Totally would put face off and total recall and Air Force One in the list.
Only had 7 of the same as my list haha! I could obviously write a bunch of why not this or that but I know it’s a hard list to come up with. The 100th best movie from the 1990’s is still probably an excellent movie!
Hackers, speed, home alone, event horizon, Encino man, mission impossible, I know what you did last summer, true lies, Wayne’s world, and terminator 2 are my top 90’s movies and starship troopers a honorable mention, and dumb and dumber
Personally I am A Point Break over Speed fan. Did I zone out and miss The Matrix? One of the most underrated movies of the 90s L.A. Confidential. Hello? The Crow! That should be on everyone's list. Most of the others I agree with.
I really like "The Matrix," but all of the terrible sequels kind of bring that original down for me. Crow is great too!

It's hard to make a list of favorite movies and it's the 90's. it was a time for cinema. There aren't that many great movies out these days. nostalgia would also play the first violin here. I would definitely make different movies than yours based on me. I love family movies, which often don't make it to the list of favorite movies, and I watch them most often like home, free willy, encino man, back to future 3. my favorite comic book movies are teenage mutant ninja turtles, the return of batman, blade, the crow . favorite action movies cliffhanger, die hard 2,3, lethal weapon 3, speed, rock, true lies, mission impossible, leon, con air, broken arrow, last boy scout, science fiction action Terminator 2, Universal Soldier, Demolition Man, . s-f horror alien3, Predator 2, screamers. lot of horror movies candyman, childs play 2, new Nightmare, mouth of madness, scream, the faculty, from dusk till dawn, dracula,thriller silence of the lambs, basic instinct, seven, kalifornia, fight club, my two favourite war movies saving private ryan and the thin red line. the disaster movies titanic and twister would have to be on it. a lot of crime movies like pulp fiction, Jackie Brown, heat, king of ny or ,,the maker,, Yes I know nobody knows that movie.

I'll give you Copland over Casino, but Goodfellas...not sure. If remember, Stallone gained a bunch of weight to be the sheriff. After watching Tulsa King, the man can act..not to mention First Blood and Rocky.

He's good in that. Rocky 5 is underrated.
@@midlevelmedia Absolutely. So is Copland for that matter and so appreciate his performance there, for sure. With Rocky V though, and all the nuances Stallone had to nail to get the brain damage down, from the dialogue to the body movements to the randomly darting eyes when he got agitated... I can watch the movie and just get lost in the work he put into the role specifically here.

Cop and a half and Bubba Ho-Tep are better than The Faculty and Candyman. The first Candyman isn't very good imo. Better than Scream? New Nightmare? The Good Son? Serpent and the Rainbow? Nah. I get it though. Making ranking lists is f'n hard. So much depends on mood, what you saw first, etc.
