Indeed used mantra at one point. I think sidefx aims to replace it by Karma but still a lot of studios and artists are using it. And in general my presentation and tutorials are mostly about methodology and some more artistic insights rather than hardcore technical knowledge, a lot of guys do it better than me ! hehe Wether you are using, mantra, redshift or renderman principles I show barely change. ;)

Karma isn't "production ready" yet, Mantra will still have support until at least 19/19.5.
