    Mate, if I am working with previous versions I cant use the "expand group". How can I do the same thing without that asset? Awesome video btw! Thank youv ery much

    How did you setup the node to take the primitive mesh input? Sorry I am a noob. I am asking about the sub network and geo in part.

    Hey man, im trying to find that delete all parts node in my Houdini 18 but it doesnt seem to be there. Is there any workaround I could do?

    WOW! ... And now any other geometry (within reason) could be plugged into that node tree and, with a few little adjustments, would work just fine. Yeah?

    In that script of yours at the and, there is one line which ends with “s”, and the rest is missing.
    What is the end of the line please?

    Es sāku skatīties neredzot autoru, un tad ieslēdzas mans šerloks dzirdot akcentu... "Tā..tas toč ir latvietis... tā...ar Houdini procedurālā modelēšanā varētu mums būt Kurzem..." ..skrullēju - Yess :)

    running into issue at attribute create before the polyreduce the border edges. any ideas?

      its doesn't seem to be passing the group over to polyreduce. what ends up happening is the polyreduce reduces the entire chunk instead of the border points

      I know it has been 3 years, but just for the sake of it. I ran into the same problem and I used group promote for the border group right before the polyreduce :)

    So the title should be, "Creating sedimentary layers in a prefab rock model" You could have started with modelling a simple rock first.
