Does it drift? Are there any offsets? Have you used mixed vr setup before (vive trackers with quest)? Is it any better than continuous calibration with vive trackers?
One, they do not drift really at all however calibrating them is still recommended cuz sometimes there may be some issues. Second, before this I used full body but not with a mixed set up like you’re mentioning, And third, I would say that for the rate for calibration, it really depends on you situation but for me, it seems like it’s around the same level as other vive trackers even a little better at sometimes.
It's good to see how your doing today Sir, you may not remember me but i was there for the fnaf ar days i am happy to see u now succeeding for stuff your passionate for Keep going king 👑
So I have the Vive trackers and everything, but im still curious that can these trackers work on a simple Quest 2, I'm saying this, I dont play on PC VR. So i'm wondering whats the setup, what are all the stuff that comes into the package when you recieve your product.
if you don't have a headset will the ultimate trackers work? I want to use it for making videos in unreal engine, face tracking using iphone and ultimate tracker for full body tracking. Will that work? thanks
How do you set them up? I bought them but I’m getting a error if I try their streaming hub so I’m left with the dongle but even then I don’t know how to set it up they won’t connect on steamvr

Personally. Id say just get 1.0 base stations (only need 1 if youre facing 1 direction the whole time) and 3 2.0 trackers. You fall just under 400$ if you know where to shop. But with that, it requires you having some understanding of installing 3rd party programs (such as OpenXR) to calibrate the trackers with a quest 2 or quest 3 with your base stations in order to sort of "join" them into the same virtual environment. And, it requires a lot of patience strictly because you need to recalibrate every single time you turn your quest back on and hook it up to your pc (a good chunk of people just dont want that hassle) If what i said above turns you off, then try the ultimate trackers. Just remember you need a strong (5ghz) wifi connection in order for these to property work, a lot of light, and an understanding that these are still in beta and are gunna have theor quirks
Your point seems fair but there are many flaws that you can avoid by once again buying these trackers. As said these work just as good as 3.0 trackers without the baystations. But as I said in the video, I would not recommend these to people who already have baystations and or a baystation tracked headset beacuse buying things like 2.0's, or 3.0's would be cheaper. So, for people without any full body playing on somthing like quest pcvr, the ultimate trackers would be a good option for that level of quality. One more point I could say is that I you don't believe my pain about the whole 3.0 quality thing, I would be glad to add you on vrc and show you what I mean.
@SirBubbinator I'd love to see their quality! I remember seeing people complain about the ultimate trackers tracking when they were first released in small batches which is why I'm skeptical. And I appreciate you pointing out the flaws in my point! I'm always open to correction!
good video, but the mic effects made it extremely hard to watch. If that's an effect you might wanna disable it or lower it, if it's just your microphone you should look up a tutorial on how to use your phone as your mic
Uhhh, Hope yall enjoy the video. 👍
I have been looking at a lot of different trackers. This sounds like a pretty tempting option for my first real entry in fbt. Good video.
genuinely one of the first channels I've been so entertained watching i love your style man
OMG YOU ACTUALLY GOT ME WITH SKIPPING TO THE TRACKING
I'm sorry, I'll like the video ;-;
@@lyallulric6220 Nah it’s good, I don’t blame you for skipping to that part

Well, I can say that support for standalone quest is planned however it most likely won’t come soon.
does it work on oculus quest 2?
With steamVR, yes
Sorry to ask this I know you said it on the video but are you sure It’s quest 2 compatible?
With Steam VR, yes.
@@SirBubbinatorokay thank you ❤
wow I really like your style for your content

Currently, they only work with steam vr to my knowledge. However, in the future, it may be a possibility that they could work externally.
Can you test the trackers with infront of mirror see if it will lose tracking or not? please do a test.
i get that you're playing a character but the voice changer is so bad 😭😭
