This community might be the first tiny home community I've seen where each home actually has some land around it. Others' seem to be lined up homes one right next to the other. Very nice.
I got lucky and was gifted family land with river access and wanted a tiny home. I was able to get a small home not tiny, but have made a great trail through the woods to the river. It takes a lot of work throughout the year to keep it clean, but I don’t have to go anywhere to hike and enjoy the outdoors
Nicest Tiny Home village I've seen in the U.S. - surrounded by beauty with plenty of space for each Tiny Home, not crammed in. And such a beautiful Community House. Very Well Done!!
I stayed in one of the AirBnB units in summer 2020 - it was a wonderful getaway during the sweltering summer in the middle of the pandemic. My dog took off and ended up in one of the residents' houses since she had her back door open, and she was so welcoming and friendly! The entire community is well kept, and you can tell people take pride in where they live. The area around it is peaceful, but Brevard is a short drive away, and the National Forest is full of hiking trails and waterfalls. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend staying there.! After staying there myself, I really want my own tiny house...but as they said, the state of NC doesn't think of them as "real" homes. :(
I have no idea why so most areas are so opposed to tiny home communities. Everyone has the right to live somewhere. Tiny homes, while more affordable, aren't cheap dwellings. Each one is beautiful, unique, and interesting.
They don’t generate enough property taxes for the local government. They want people in houses that require permits to build, builders to build them and higher property taxes.
You don’t have the right. You have to earn your home. These are nice and cheap, unfortunately if rules and regulations are not upheld, this will turn into the projects and trailer parks. The cheaper places to live usually get inundated with ‘people’ who don’t care about anything or anyone. If they stay away from sec 8, this can be a wonderful community from now on. I love this place. Wonder if it would fly in MA.

OMG!!! This is amazing, and should be THE prototype for tiny home communities all over the COUNTRY. These homes are not on top of each other, aren't sitting on asphalt or rock, and the setting is simply stunning!!! Cities need to get on board for this type of living spaces, they are so versatile, as the speaker said. All types of people live in tiny homes. Fantastic.
I love the renovation of the old homestead into a community center for everyone to enjoy. What insight into all the needs of these residents and vacationers.

Now . . . we've got a winner here with this TH property. I love the open green space and the diversity both in the homes and in the residential make up. It's very welcoming . . . so much more than some TH communities that feel like you're living in a Safeway parking lot. I wish more states/counties would tweak their ordinances to allow such communities as this. The space rent may seem a lil high . . . but . . . considering the ambiance and the amenities . . . I think it's appropriate. I'm curious about the septic system . . . Is it more like a small sewage plant . . . or . . . a X-large septic system?
@Nala June News Flash! We ARE the government. That's what elections are all about. We geographically elect people to represent us. Then, they all get together to work in our interest to make things run. Didn't you pay attention in Gov't class in High School? No . . . we don't always get the person in office that we want . . . but, that's what campaining is all about. That's also why we don't want big orange losers trying to overturn our democratic system.
@Nala June When you understand our entire political system has been rooted in colonialism and imperialism, there has never been a time when our country hasn’t been steeped in the blood of genocide, slavery and oppression, voting was never designed to ensure freedom for all but only freedom for some-you realize a revolution is needed to crush capitalism in order to create a society that works for working people with a circular economy that works with our limited natural resources.
@@TomLloyd-18 No one who would work for the greater good will run for office any more, only those with self-interest (like Manchin) and drunk on power. This is why it's not working for us anymore. When we only vote for the lesser of two evils, we get corruption and the obscene wealth gap that exists today. The only way out is lots of truly good candidates or revolution. If the latter, we could end up with worse than we have now.
This looks like the best set up I've seen so far for a tiny house community. I like how much breathing room there is between the properties and how they allow each of them to express their own creativity with it. I find some of the other tiny house villages/communities are too crammed in together. They remind me of suburban subdivisions which I would think defeats the purpose.
I wouldn't feel safe in one for many reasons. If I were to "live tiny" I would require being able to move my home in the event of a major storm or disaster.Great for those who cannot afford a regular home. Well done. I especially love the community garden idea. Individual owners should be able to own their own private gardens too of course.
The world needs more places like this. A very good example to show your officials and maybe convince them to be more open to communal living and small houses.
What a lovely community! Being a dog owner and lover I particularly appreciate how welcome dogs are in the community. I think the 5 acre dog park is awesome!

After seeing a few more videos from this community, I came back and watched this again. It’s obvious that something special is going on because some very caring people own this property and have set it up for success by listening to the people who actually live the tiny home life. I’ve immersed myself into tiny home You Tube videos for years now- but continue to live in our 6,000 sq ft home. It’s kind of funny, actually. We do have five grown and almost grown kids, plus grandkids, but if it weren’t for that, I’d be in a tiny home pretty fast! I love your channel and look forward to what’s new each week!

Love your site and "movement." Would love to see more tiny house communities. My wife and I would love to move to one, in Western Washington, or find the financing to build one. Anyway, any new videos on communities would be helpful for us.
I love everything about this place and the spirit behind it. It actually made me consider (just for a second) the possibility of moving away from my beloved home state!
Been hoping to start something like this myself. Located in a nice bike friendly community. Figure with a few extra solar panels could charge a dozen e-bikes. 60% of the space would be food forest, chicken run, and aquaponics. Means less tiny homes but it does mean the four or five that do will feel nice and secluded even if they are less than 10 meters apart.
Fantastic set up. I am currently working for an employer that is getting set for a senior only retirement tiny home community. Building codes and environmental assessments are very stringent but we are getting under way in Spring. We have multiple ponds and creeks flowing through the land. You have a beautiful set up there. Kudos for appealing to the tiny home movement
Electricity - do you encourage solar rather than being dependent inn the grid? Water - is this piped by the local municipality, do you harvest rainwater? How do you dispose if human waste, with composting toilets, recycling water?
Wonderful! Thank you Jenna for all your hard work, beautiful videos. Merry Christmas from Tenerife, Canary Islands, from a tiny country house in the mountains. ;)
This is a gorgeous tiny home community. A real stand-out! I love how the homes have a lot of space around them. That would make all the difference to me. Some nice amenities and it sounds like they have plans for more. The only thing is I'd want to own my land. Space rent does not appeal to me at all and will go up over time. If I were to go the tiny home route, and it does appeal to me, I'd personally need to own the land it's on.

I was thinking "Well, what would be really good is if there was regular sewage connection and a shop or something or the community" and you have both regular and water and a community hub. That would make a huge difference to me (though I live in the wrong country to come and stay) :) Also, on a more personal note, thank you for not treating the otters as a pest. I love the little beasties and it's heartening to see them living alongside you.
They've done a sensational job! Australia is so backwards when it comes to tiny houses. There's a major housing crisis here ATM & the government barely consider tiny homes as worth their consideration. It would be perfect for me - & then the rental I'm in could go to someone who needs more space than I do.
Beautiful community..and ive said it before $550 just for lot rent is a bit steep, especially if they're also having to pay a monthly payment on the home.
Housing prices in Asheville to the north and Brevard (where I live) to the south are through the roof so this is not that expensive for one of the most beautiful places around.
Probably one of the BEST produced tiny home shows I've seen. Especially about tiny house communities in my favorite area: Asheville. Thank you. Will you all be continuing to create more sections in Agony Bell?

Well if they don't sell tiny homes where do the houses in the community come from? Its really. A?nice community
There's one in Tennessee with 700 units. They custom build them there.
@@alvenatgolden1781 he mention the names of 3 or 4 of the builders. You go through a builder.
I pay $400 per month rent so I wonder what it would be for me to be in that community. How much.
This is the best tiny community I have ever seen! I love the space between the homes. We need more communities like this! 🤩
"we got diane a machete for christmas" lol that's great. I hope to make paths in some woods some day too.
I got lucky and was gifted family land with river access and wanted a tiny home. I was able to get a small home not tiny, but have made a great trail through the woods to the river. It takes a lot of work throughout the year to keep it clean, but I don’t have to go anywhere to hike and enjoy the outdoors
@@prindle8lolThat sounds heavenly!
You are,,SO WRONG...bashing sec 8 people....Shame on you....did you even Watch the video? Every single occupant, had good jobs...or retired......pay attention
People are entitled to their opinions much like you are, so relax
@@dcg590 you sound so ignorant... And housing is a basic human right. Murderers on death row get shelter and 3 meals a day... But normal everyday people aren't entitled to shelter?
Oh, THIS is a NICE community. Beautiful open space between the homes. The stream. The trails. Everything.
I live like ten minutes from here in Brevard NC this is right across the county line in Mills River NC. So awesome you showed case this tiny home community it's beautiful.
Great video! More of America needs to have communities like this!
I'm from upstate NY....I agree...if I could find a woman, who's also ready to retire in 4-5 years...I'd go out here and retire with her.
Nah....you stay in your little trailer, I can afford to live in my nice large home.🤗👍
THIS is the kind of community that we need more of...all across America! Well thought out, well built! I love it! I could see myself living in a community like this. Hopefully, something like this will come to the area where I live in Virginia.
Everything wonderful about a tiny home community. Great find, Jenna. Love that they support local builders, the layout, mountains, diversity, rock house, fire pits, trails, dogs & chickens!
Who could ask for anything more..would like to live there
Yes there's enough space between the homes for me. That's so important. This is awesome!!!
Between you and Bryce you have taken the tiny house world to A whole other level. Congratulations on a million. It should be far more!! Thanks jenna...You are a sweetie
This is stunning! Watching as a Realtor from Los Angeles…what a dream come true!
I love love love this place! Looks like a great group of people. This is what a community looks like. Great job Acony Bell. ☺️
Thank you Jenna, this is a beautiful Tiny Home Community, Congratulations to the Community builders, they provide a complete & safe community for Tiny Home owners.Excellent work!
Agreed!
I like the space between the homes. Not all cramped in together like most mobile home parks. You can enjoy the outdoors.
Just BEAUTIFUL!!! Peace, Serenity, Harmony, Nature, Fellowship, and GOD!!! That’s all what we need!!!
I've found where I want to live. This has everything. Especially love the spacious lots, dog park, trails, river, garden, okay so I love it all! Thanks for sharing Jenna!
Wow! You guys did everything right with this development. I hope it catches on across the nation.
Now . . . we've got a winner here with this TH property.
@Nala June By, Of and For....US. 👍🗽
@Nala June News Flash!
@Nala June you are absolutely right
@Nala June When you understand our entire political system has been rooted in colonialism and imperialism, there has never been a time when our country hasn’t been steeped in the blood of genocide, slavery and oppression, voting was never designed to ensure freedom for all but only freedom for some-you realize a revolution is needed to crush capitalism in order to create a society that works for working people with a circular economy that works with our limited natural resources.
This video warms my heart. I'm glad to know we will have more and more of these around the globe in times to come.
Not only is this an absolutely gorgeous community, but they are pit bull friendly!! HUGE props to them for allowing all breeds
Very cool looking community! We love how they are spaced out. Very smart of them to use some of these homes for Airbnb.
Fabulous!! I love that there's a lot of space between homes!!! Beautiful place! I'm sure we'll see more & more of these pop up!
The world needs more places like this. A very good example to show your officials and maybe convince them to be more open to communal living and small houses.
Thank you for showing and sharing all of these tiny home communities. I hope more will be developed across the country!
You guys should come to Guntersville Alabama and see "River Rocks". It is incredible!!!!
Much love to these guys creating this community!
What a lovely community! Being a dog owner and lover I particularly appreciate how welcome dogs are in the community. I think the 5 acre dog park is awesome!
Wow - what a wonderful tiny home community that is! I'm impressed, for sure. 😊
What a fantastic community. I love the idea of a tiny home community. The stone house community center is beautiful. I wish there was one here on Long Island, New York.
This is great information Jenna!! Thank you for sharing another tiny home community 🙂
I'm glad there is a new tiny home community. With COVID and rents going up more people are turning towards tiny home living.
It would be great to have these for all walks of life. People who still want a quiet, rural life they can afford. Perfect for elderly or young couples working to get ahead.
Wow what a lovely set up each home has plenty space between them not cramped in great area wildlife scenery everything is set great job boys
You guys have done an amazing job on that property is so pretty and peaceful there not to mention you're helping a lot of folks out thank you for creating and sharing this video
I drive by here everyday on my way to work, and watched it grow over the years! THANKS for showcasing this beautiful community! I'm proud to say I live in WNC🥰
What a beautiful setup and I love the fact that dogs are allowed and have their own park 😊
Hi 👋 Barbara how are you doing?
After seeing a few more videos from this community, I came back and watched this again. It’s obvious that something special is going on because some very caring people own this property and have set it up for success by listening to the people who actually live the tiny home life. I’ve immersed myself into tiny home You Tube videos for years now- but continue to live in our 6,000 sq ft home. It’s kind of funny, actually. We do have five grown and almost grown kids, plus grandkids, but if it weren’t for that, I’d be in a tiny home pretty fast! I love your channel and look forward to what’s new each week!
My friend lives there. It’s one of my favorite TH communities.
Fantastic Job. That makes everyone happy! Bravo 💪🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
This is gorgeous. Absolutely amazing. I love this. My boyfriend's sister has a house not far from this community. She actually wants us to move closer to her. I love Tiny Houses. This is so exciting. Thank You for sharing this 🌹🌹🌹 Happy Holidays ❄️🎄☕☃️☕🎄❄️
What I love about it is, Bringing People back together Friendship,Kindness, Love and Compassion. it’s what we need... time to start somewhere.
This seems like a fabulous community! I hope more places like this become more commonplace.
Truly the best community yet!
Love love this community would love to live hear! Love the chickens/garden
Love your site and "movement." Would love to see more tiny house communities. My wife and I would love to move to one, in Western Washington, or find the financing to build one. Anyway, any new videos on communities would be helpful for us.
Awesome community, I've been following tiny 🏘️ for 5 years, absolutely 💙 them
I love that place!! The tiny jokes are precious and the view of the mountains is gorgeous. The location is amazing with so much to see.
What state
@@heidikreuter3093 I'm in Ontario Canada
Electricity - do you encourage solar rather than being dependent inn the grid? Water - is this piped by the local municipality, do you harvest rainwater? How do you dispose if human waste, with composting toilets, recycling water?
Wonderful! Thank you Jenna for all your hard work, beautiful videos. Merry Christmas from Tenerife, Canary Islands, from a tiny country house in the mountains. ;)
LOVE THE LOCATION!!!!!! I LOVE HOW YOU SET IT UP. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL.
Good point because sooner than later the rent will go up and everyone will ,lose their mind. That’s the risk you take renting.
Randy in Newport Tennessee owns Incredible Tiny Homes ITH and sells lot's & rent's some. Plus builds amazing Tiny Homes for sale as well. Find their TH-cam channel. He's an amazing person w awesome testimony & story.
Ya,Good luck,with that....Too expensive for most folks
@@kattackett149
The rent for the ITH communities is either $200 to $300 per month, depending on the community. The rents have not gone up since they opened....about 5 yrs ago. Randy, the owner, promises they will not go up. ( the lots are leased)
Omgosh I love this! This is the future! I want an acre of my own to build a community on. God knows our world needs this now more than ever
We need villages like this in Canada. It’s very well thought out and I love how much space everyone has. ♥️🙏
We are looking to do one!
I bought my tiny home in
Coleman Tx. 400sqft
$23,000 cash.
I’m very happy to have no rent no mortgage.
This looks like a great community for tiny homes and pets. How many phases are they planning for? I like the variety of the dwellings ( i.e. Air BnB and year round). Thanks for sharing.
Nothing but beautiful. Best I've ever seen. Great Video.
It's a good step in the right direction for sustainable living, they should consider starting some permaculture gardens or a community "Food Forest" it'd definitely raise the value and the quality of living! 😉🌱
We NEED this here on the islands so families can afford being and staying here. Aloha from Honolulu, Hawaii byways of Waikiki
This is wonderful, wish there were more like it here in the UK, as my children are getting to that stage of buying or renting their first properties. 😀
I love the thoughtful nature of the men that built this community. I wish there were more communities like this. Thank you.
OMFG! I wasn't sure if this was the exact tiny house community I stayed at in August 2020 and it is! I stayed here! finally a tiny house channel took a tour of a tiny house community I stayed at
OhMyWOW! These guys did it right! Now y'all help me figure out how to get my grown children to move to the area! It's so gorgeous-plenty of space between the Tiny Homes...a creek(!) and a community gathering place. Well done gentlemen!
It's great to see trailer parks getting some respect.
I agree.
This beautiful tiny home community is similar to co-housing, but sweeter! I love this so much!!!
It looks great. Neat, well organized, great location. I don't know about local prices so I cannot tell but I suppose it is a decent price for all the people who have chosen to live there 😉🇫🇷🇨🇭🌺
Fantastic looking tiny home community in North Carolina. Well planned out, great looking paved streets and tiny houses and interestng looking trails. If something like this was built in the Pocono Mountains of Pa. I would jump at it in a heart beat. Three guys getting together to create a wonderful space on their own land for others. Keep doing what you do well. People need suporters of the movement like you.
I Love this. All of the States in the USA should have Areas like this for Tiny House Living.
Trailer parks are all over the states
@@annjames1837 yes and they were once nice too. Keep sec 8 out and this will stay awesome
I was thinking "Well, what would be really good is if there was regular sewage connection and a shop or something or the community" and you have both regular and water and a community hub. That would make a huge difference to me (though I live in the wrong country to come and stay) :)
Also, on a more personal note, thank you for not treating the otters as a pest.
Because the government wants tax revenue from bigger places
@@LetsDanceTampa yep!! Instead they're seeing families not able to find housing...
What an amazing place. The 2 homes you showed us are beautiful.
Great price for what you get. Nothing in life is free( or cheap anymore) sad to say.
What a wonderful vision these guys had! Impressive!
Probably one of the BEST produced tiny home shows I've seen. Especially about tiny house communities in my favorite area: Asheville. Thank you. Will you all be continuing to create more sections in Agony Bell?
I hope these tiny homes help alot of our Homeless Warriors 🌹. thanks
I'd like to hear what the residents there say about their management.
Me too because I live in a tiny community and while I love it, the owner/management are horrible!
I've lived at Acony Bell since it opened and management is fantastic.
Love what you have done with the families of the Tiny Homes. Greatest ever
I can't stop sobbing.
I'm so moved. I've been searching for a place to retire and live a long life TINY.
I just NOW felt a stirring in my soul that I found home.
I plan to have a Tiny home built next year when I find a community that loves life, loves nature, loves dogs and loves each other.
So I have a vacation to plan to visit Agony Bell and sob some MORE.
I can't wait.
I hope we will be neighbors.
BLESSINGS ✨
Did it work out for you …?
Here in the uk this is the obvious solution to homelessness, debt, minimalist living and building communities. Brilliant. All it needs is a developer to get hold of this concept. I would definitely downsize if I could keep my dogs with me.
