Very cool, Lisa, now I understand why I couldn't do the chorus in time. Amazing how you keep the tune while you count 1, 2, 3... You are amazing! thank you❤
This was great fun, Lisa. I remember the instrumental version from my childhood. All twangy guitars. Now is the first time I've sung the words. A huge thank you.
Yes, this is a useful tutorial for me. At barely eleven months of beginner, I still need & appreciate learning interesting easy songs with only beginner chords. I don't find the timing is difficult, because I remember hearing this song on the radio when I was a child. I really enjoyed it. I would have thought this would be more difficult. But, it is not difficult. YIPPEE!!!!!
This is so much fun to sing & play. Playing this song has created a sudden desire for a Cowboy hat, which I never had previously. I found some economical ones on-line. Maybe I will give in & buy one.
Nice job on the tutorial. Ill have to give this song a try. I am sitting out on my ranch just north of Douglas, AZ. The feller who wrote that song was Stan Jones, born and buried in Douglas. We have amazing summer monsoon storms here on the deserts and mountains around Douglas and those storms create the most amazing sunsets and that is where Stan saw the Ghost Riders in The Sky. Come out during our summer monsoons and you too will see them!!

Thanks! I am such a history nerd. I have never been to Arizona in the summer, only the winter. I filmed this in Alaska.
That was absolutely fabulous, a great treatment of that song which was a family favorite due to my dad loving country music. I love this song!
Thanks for letting me know. This helped you on your Ukulele journey and brought back memories of your dad’s favorite songs.
