Have an iksar monk level 13 as well, exactly the same gear and weapon as you, so far the most boring class i have ever played except warrior, does it get better?
It gets pretty fun imo. When you get feign death at 17 and monk is known as some of the best dps in the game once higher with actual gear. Being a melee that can solo with bandaging to 50% now but u0% later then using mend is near. Again FD is fun. Melee be melee tho at the end of the day. Always gonna have to pull

Pulling in raid zones can be decent fun as well, you get to see much more of the zones. Enjoyed that on my monk main on The Combine back then :)
