    Brooke has been a great inspiration...I just love her forthright manner. She has been really interesting in her approach. I have just been diagnosed with MMN ( a weird cousin of ALS), and like Brooke, getting diagnosed is a minefield. I too, don't fit the 'normal'..I'm a woman, it started in my legs not hands and had quick progress.
    My heart goes out to Brooke, but she is a battler..a warrior !

    I didn’t know anything about ALS before I saw Brooke on TH-cam & I’m in my 60’s. You don’t know the strength within until you have to be strong. Amazing young women, as are all ALS patients.

    I am 59 i got diagnosed 4 years ago with genetic als I'm still walking talking driving i only eat red meat eggs some cheese it's getting hart to walk but I still walking around the block I do have a power wheel chair but
    I'm doing good hands are not working good but manage to cook do my dishes dressing my self showering my self with no bath chair
