i checked the variation list for this year's yagp and it's not on the list! does anyone know if you are still allowed to compete this variation? i really love it and i really want to compete with this beautiful piece too!
They won't always dock points, like pre-competitive dancers don't have Talisman on the repetoire list but compete it anyways. You just have to have good enough technique to pull it off.

@@natalied8179 junior division. i think yagp said something about being able to compete with variations that aren't listed but i don't remember what
i think they will take off points. they also might ask you to change the variation if you make it to finals
