I currently live in Wasilla, Alaska was raised in Anchorage, Alaska my Dad was born in Seward, Alaska and Raised-in Homer, Alaska im 44 and have lived off and I mostly in Alaska for 38 of those years and i can’t imagine living here in the late 1800’s without electricity heaters grocery stores Hospitals my point is even today with all those hardships long overcome it can suck living here thru the long winters. But I absolutely love it we are built different here. When you step out your front door your no longer top of the food chain. If your a outdoors type person out here death is always around every turn or bush summer or winter animals or elements. It why it’s honesty called the last frontier
Im the same about Alaska, when a youngster thought would enjoy being there, but now in mid 50s I cannot take the cold, or at least I sure as hell dont want too, always thought I lived in the south over here in Bowie Co, but last few years Im thinking Im not south enough lol BTW You should do a show on Soapy Smith, of the US and Alaska, an interesting character for sure.
I love your style. As a hardcore old school crypto bro I look at what I'm doing as similar to the pioneer or Wild West way of living, only in a digital arena. For that I love learning about all these wild and crazy pioneer characters. You make it engaging, entertaining and real like nobody else. Keep it up. I appreciate you man.
Great stuff as always brother thank you 👍 I wish I could join and check out your old stuff when I get back to work hopefully I'll be able to I been dealing with a severe back injury unfortunately I've had a lot of time on my hands
Yyyaaaa.... I'm back i love several TH-cam sites, but in the end i always come back to stuff i already know word for word...why? Cause im an idiot! Lol, no because this guy josh has a brilliant humor. A way of storytelling and is just a good😂person. Peace out josh... Jim from ocean county nj. Hope of course all continues with your daughter....🎉
I know it won't work for some subjects, I assume because of the lack of info, but I am really enjoying this longer form, multi part format. As always, well done, sir!
Best thing to do after a long day is to get to kick back and listen to the newest video of The Wild West Extravaganza. Great episode as always Josh. Any chance on doing a podcast video on The Dunn Brothers or George "Bittercreek" Newcomb or maybe Charlie Pierce
Any story about wild west outgirls should be accompanied, imho, by Tim Wilson's "It just got country over here." Free artistic creative support. So fine. Maybe autistic. I stand by my comment.❤❤😊
Yo my guy when u got the time check out this guy Ben Hall from Australia I’m sure u know bout it but would love a episode bout him when u get a chance 👍
So, need some short stories and make some new lore, linking all old west outlaws into some form of fraternal secret order of vampires. Vampire old west! Sounds so dumb it just may work!
For the better part of a century now , U.S. Marshall appointments have been minimally political , and not uncommon for good performing Marshalls to continue serving through Administration changes . Probably influenced by the change in 1969 . Prior to that , the Deputies and other staff were hired by the individual Marshalls , and served at his pleasure ..AKA able to exercise a degree of patronage . Starting in 1969 , the US Marshall Service was created , with an overall Director and Deputy Director . Deputies are centrially hired and trained , and assigned . Entry level GS-5 , Classofication 0082 ( Deputy Marshal ). After certian time , and reaching GS-9 , can apply for promotion to 1811 ( Criminal Investigator ) ( same classification as FBI, DEA , etc Special Agents ) .
They should open a factory in the U.S. imagine mini A.C. Cobras and any generation Corvette for starter. Just about any car that comes in a convertable like Camaros, old Mopars and Mustangs.
The problem with you is first you are too young to be to cool. Another problem we have is your intelligence after reading and research is to spot on in delivery and humor. Lastly you always correct your mistakes with are very few. My only suggestion to your brilliant specable...is you must immediately buy the director's cut, italian spaghetti western with English subtitles with of course full length 1967 face to face about Charlie siringo and company. Greatest western movie i ever saw 😮 and i have seen every spaghetti western ever made. Every single one. Peace out josh. Trust me josh just a roofer from NJ i know all movies western but this one will drive you nuts. Alot of familiar name's and faces of course but a storyline that is not surpassed by any director.take care

Thank you for explaining the difference between Marshall and Deputy Marshall.
Seriously, I learn more from this show than all those years I spent in school. Thank you for always making learning fun! 💜

Appalachian mountains is good too live alone
37:40 Lol TH-cam (Obiden Admin) doesn't even want you hearing historical examples of any phrase related to their recent and ongoing political tactics.
There is definitely good Mexican food in Anchorage
Ol' Danny McBride over here.
I'm so lucky I have a job where I can listen to this while doing other things. Excellent content as always I appreciate you
Lucky you!
As a janitor, I agree 👍

I don't know what this is in reference to but I'd love to see a factory in the U.S. make Toyota Hilux trucks
You would be a great history teacher. At least university level.
If con is the opposite of pro the opposite congress's is progress.
Did Ima have a sister named "Shesa"? (big grin)
😮😮😅llama I am so lonely in my room
Most bread doesn’t take milk or eggs. At least now days
Did most bread take it in the 1890's?
@@WildWestExtravaganza tbh I don’t think so but I don’t know for sure. I work in a bread factory so that’s how I know about the bread.
