I thought it was a Saab. I was abit baffled by it to be honest. I thought I was letting it into my lane when the traffic infront started moving off

Our roads in the UK are becoming more like the "wild west" these days, but when you see the number of people being done for taking other people's driving tests I guess we shouldn't be surprised...
Had a similar one at M1 J23. Queuing traffic for roadworks, Volvo XC comes racing down to push in so I leave a gap, he goes past me across the chevrons for the sliproad so I lay on the horn to warn him I can see something coming quick on the slip. He gives me the finger and pulls straight in front of Megabus who wasn't going slow. Hats off to the Megabus driver for fast reactions. Passengers must've been "Like WTF??????". Volvo driver then gives Megabus the finger too. The stupidity on the roads never ceases to amaze me. This is what happens when someone gets a driving licence free with a Happy Meal.
There's nothing more infuriating than someone having a pop at you when they were clearly in the wrong. I was at a set of lights at a T-junction the other day, they changed to green so I went through and turned right only to have someone blaring their horn at me from behind 'cos they'd just run the red light and had to slow down!
Has the standard of driving got worse do you think? Seems to be a lot more numpties around these days...😮

As a retired lorry driver, I loved the job but I'm glad I don't do it now. Too many 'entitled' drivers on the roads, too many drivers using drugs, and the general standard of driving has never been worse.
BMW's dealers will soon be offering the option for both Indicator and wing mirror delete as the owner's are very important people and they are far to important to deal with minor details like this

Driving hgvs in this country is becoming a nightmare,over population and so many idiots driving cars these days,they risk life and limb to get in front of the truck. And almost everywhere shut after 9 pm. No wonder there's a HGV driver shortage
Easy does it mate , I could not believe it what an idiot in the Saab not looking ahead and picking the right lane from the start he was basically queue jumping and it nearly back fired on him, Take care out there🚚👍

The amount of people who do this kind of thing these days is absolutely shocking. I put it down to them all being in such a mad rush to go 157mph everywhere and they always think I need to be in the right hand lane because its the "fast lane"/overtaking lane, must must must get past everyone and get to the front ME ME ME.....then this happens
A word to the wise - I do sometimes cringe a tad when you pull up so close to the car in front. 2 reasons why - the car in front stalls and won't start and you have no realistic opportunity to pull round, second and much more importantly an Ambulance or Fire engine arrives on scene un-announced and all traffic needs to move over. I guarantee the car in front will become a problem as they too are too close to the car in front of them. Repeat for all the cars in front and you end up with a grid lock and peoples lives will be put at risk? I am a big fan of your driving skill and safety awareness but as my instructor told me you need to be able to see the rear wheels of the vehicle in front when you pull up behind them
You may be right but he might can see the rear wheels mate, the camera is mounted on the back of the cab behind him so perhaps it's a slightly different view than that of the driver

Some seriously bad drivers out there mental down m6 everyday and the amount of cars doing 45 then you overtake and they give you crap for getting abit to close to them blows my mind out

Let us hope that the tipper gruck had a dashcam, West Midlands Police are asking for dashcam footage of dangerous drivers who then then locate and charge them with dangerous driving and driving without due care and attention.
I'm sorry to tell you that my experience is that they don't care (but then I am talking about Thames Valley police, not West Midlands). I sent them a video recently. I got a message back after three months (!) saying no action would be taken. I asked them twice if they were going to do something about the fact he had no road tax, either (I looked it up). They didn't even reply.
What MPG do you get from that wagon?
I don't think he or any other driver is bothered what MPG they get out of their wagon, he just wants to get job done, park up and get paid
