@@OP1GKmy most common injury is diving/landing on my shoulders. Although they’re minor injuries, I’m not sure whether it’s my technique or if it’s normal. Maybe you could make a diving tutorial to prevent injuries in general.
@@mrbrowniebearyt3926 it's definitely a technique problem. Avoid landing on your shoulders but try to land on your side. Your shoulders shouldn't be underneath you or behind you when you land. Have them in front of you to avoid landing badly on your shoulders. I'm planning on making an injury prevention video in general 👍

hey, thx for the tips bro, i keep getting small wounds on the knee while diving coz i wear only shorts, so my knee is exposed to the ground, does wearing longer pants help? or is there any alternative solution?
There's not much you actually can do. Wearing longer under layers will help you prevent lots of wounds and grazes from appearing but they will appear over lots of repetitive landings.
Im really struggling on my left side cause there is so much dirt on the field it just hurts so I don't really think I can fix anything I just have to take the pain

If the surface you play on is bad then I'd recommend buying some padded base layers or padded shorts to protect your sides when diving.
