Thank you, Heavenly Fan, for this absolutely delicious and FILLING keto meal. I’m 68, morbidly obese, and now 5 days into a committed IF-keto turn around in lifestyle and eating habits. Trying these noodles with the rich peanut-sesame sauce and lots of good veggies helped me stay on track today. This meal is going to be a favorite! I deeply appreciate your videos, and feel the loving helpful goodwill you radiate in each one. I will surely keep you posted of my progress. Blessings to you. ❌⭕️
What a wonderful new chapter Lisa. I’m so humbled to be part of your journey to health. Food will be pure source of joy and nourishment. No more guilt trips, only pleasure Xx
I am so happy that I came across your channel, I am a type 1 diabetic and therefore cannot have carbs as they raise my blood sugar levels. I will be trying this as I love noodles, thank you and I am going to sit down and watch all your videos
I love your recipes. In fact I also love to hear your voice. It is so calming, gives me peace and serenity! How do you do that? I would love to know more about what you do in your entire day, how you spend your time and take care of health.
I love this!! Make more what you eat in a days!! They are amazing because it give tons of ideas!! Can you do keto vegan meal prep series? Love your channel!
Unbelievable recipe 🤤! I’ve never thought to try my shirataki noodles with this recipe. I made it today and It’s stopped my dumplings cravings instantly as these ingredients are similar to the sauce I used to have them with. Absolutely delicious, thank youuuuuu!!! 😋
Love this! Thank you for the tip about salting the shirataki 😀. I make a very similar dish, using p.b. + tahini and a bit of silken tofu plus fresh ginger (I use an immersion blender to make it really smooth and creamy.). Garnish w black and white sesame seeds, julienned seedless cucumber and of course avocado! (Tamari plus miso plus a tiny splash of mirin and rice wine vinegar in the sauce too 🤤)
@@here2learn737 sorry I just realized you asked a question. I prefer white miso, it's mild and nutty. I also look for a lower sodium content and of course organic
Just made these and they were wonderful. I also made the chilli paste to go on the side as well. I was getting tired of usual plant based low calorie recipes but now feel like I am no longer missing out on eating Noodles and pasta. Thank you again.
I'm so glad I've found your channel. Just started vegan keto and have missed my favourite carb snack of shin ramyun. This looks so good, going to do it for lunch tomorrow!
This was divine! I'm pregnant and currently can't down a lot of food and this was my saving grace, i can eat noodles and not feel gross or paranoid about the calories during a time of inevitable weight gain! Thank you!
This is the BEST! Since I don’t have the chili I just use peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar and a dash of stevia. Add a bunch of veggies chopped up. It’s such a satisfying bowl of noodles that’s healthy and tasty. Thanks for the tip!
Hi beautiful lady this is Susan from Australia I made your noodles today for lunch they were absolutely amazing even my son love them thank you so much for this delicious so easy and so amazing!
This looked so delicious I had to go to the store to get tomatoes so I could make this for lunch. This was so good and so unbelievably easy. All the flavors came together beautifully and there was no odd smell on the noodles. I have always been hesitant to use miracle noodles, but you have made a believer out of me. The only thing that would have made it better would have been some of your homemade chili paste. I got by with what I had, but that is added to my list of things to make. Thanks for sharing such tasty and healthy recipes with us.
Hello to your lovely channel. Looking forward to more recipes. My husband and I started keto due to my sister in law having epilepsy for 50 years. The hospital started her on keto. With the help from her sisters, she has a better life, through very few fits. She has lost much needed weight. I have lost a stone, which I am very happy about. Low carbs. Great. Thank you for sharing Geraldine and Pat north shropshire England xx
Hi Pat, I have heard of the beneficial effect for epilepsy but it's so wonderful to hear a real life testimony. I'm so excited about your new path toward healing your body. Enjoy all the wonderful keto food and enjoy your new found well-bing x
You can also soak the noddles ideally a couple of hours to completely remove the smell. Rinse a few times to remove the smelly stuff they use as a preservative.
I make this recipe sooo much even though I’ve never been keto 😀 Found your recipe about 6 months ago and make it at least three times a month. It’s so yummy with rice noodles
Your dishes look really tasty. 7 weeks ago I started my transition from junk food to all veggie except for occasionally adding in some organic chicken or eggs. Along with 18/6 intermittent fasting program. I cut 18lbs so far, my goal is 20...almost there. As I continue the research better eating I'm always looking for vegetarian dishes like some of yours👍 Tks
Nice recipe, I needed a good sauce for my stir fry! But one additional tip for prepping the noodles: Rinse them under running water to get rid of any liquid residue from the package. This step transformed the noodles from yuck to yummy in my experience. :)
Mmm, looks so delicious. I just bought shirataki noodles (and rice shaped, too) for the first time on my last trip to town... making these for lunch! Thank you for sharing the recipe and tips!

It was fabulous! And I had to improvise on some ingredients! Used PB powder, chili pepper sprinkles and thinly sliced onions-- the shirataki noodles turned out perfectly. Delicious!!

Thanks for sharing your knowledge and recipes to us.. God bless you
As always, a beautiful presentation and flavour profile. I have long been a big fat NOPE for shirataki noodles (texture) and may try them again using your salt technique. Thanks again for your lovely food videos!
Definitely it another try. Shirataki is a somewhat misunderstood food as there are so many modern twists that have added starches etc that really shouldn't be in there. Look for ones that only have 3 ingredients (konjac/yam, setting agent and water). You can cook it a bit longer for firmer noodles. Enjoy x
@@HeavenlyFan Thanks for the tip! There is just a texture factor I've struggled with but your prepared meal didn't seem like mush (which has been my experience). I will keep an eye out for the ingredients, as you suggested. Thank you!!
@@HeavenlyFan no matter how I prepare shiritaki noonles, they feel like rubber bands. The salt doesn’t soften them or change the texture though, right? How would cooking them longer make them firmer? thank you for the video! I've tried these noodles before and they were so difficult to eat.
